Delay in receiving passport since 9 months

Dear Sir / Madam,

I need an urgent update on my mothers passport which is pending more than 8 months. The File number is BO3075698957821. Application date is 06.10.2021 almost 9 months now

Request you to kindly revert me at the earliest and courier her passport as she needs to travel soon.
