Refund of my amount

Hello Team,

I have very bad experience with Ebay India online shopping.

I bought 2 split AC's in online with my credit card payment of amount Rs. 46,570.00 on 15th Nov 2015. I received damaged product and returned the same with the courier boy on the same day without taking that product. Seal of the product itself is not properly.

I called customer care and asked them my amount back. They raised the request of my refund amount and it was approved by seller on 15th Dec 2015. From on that day, I was calling customer care and they are giving me the faulse commitment that my amount would be credited to my account with in 48 to 72 hours.... till not I did not get my amount.

Please help me on getting my amount back.

Not yet Refund due to the technical problem while ordering the ITEM

Sir,
yesterday (07-01-2016) I have ordered an item (100% ORIGINAL Battery For Micromax CANVAS NITRO A 310 Battery 2500mAh) via online worth RS 499.00. But during process to pay the amount there was some technical problem and the amount deducted from my account. I haven't get paisa Pay ID or Item number and also I didn't get any email from ebay side. I got withdrawal notification from the bank and I go to the ATM and check my bank statements that transaction was occurred with the transaction ID : ############. After that I ordered the same item and pay with transaction ID :############. But by this time there was NO technical problems and now the product is shipped. But yet this time the first transaction amount will not be refunded. Would you please make arrangement to refund the incomplete transaction.

Not Refunding my Amount of PaisaPay ID 41200097492

My Ebay PaisaPay ID : 41200097492, I received the defective product from ebay. Already sent all the required pictures to ebay and ebay certified that product is defective but still they not refunding my amount and updating me on this. always I called them to check the status, I reopened then claim on 14 dec 2015, Still i not getting any update from ebay side, i reopened the claim on 14th Dec 2015. Always i called you to getting the update. i called you on 14th, 19th, 22nd, 24th, 26th and 31st Dec 2015 every time you told we to wait 48 to 72 hours. This is my worst experience with ebay, how much time you will take to resolve my refund process. i already provided you all the details as per your requirement. uploaded images reference no. 1-705268042 and My appeal reference id. ############& ############.
Please refund the amount.

Received Damaged Product

Hello,

This is with the reference of the Product(Folding Wardrobe) with Paisa pay id 41368514381 which I brought from Ebay.

Please read the below points addressing my disappointment

1. As I was a bit apprehensive about the product,
Before ordering the product itself , I checked with the seller that if we dont like the quality of product, will we be able to return it.
Seller said Yes.

2. After receiving the product, I found the quality of the material very poor and very light. I thought of returning the product/raising a claim, since there was no point in making the whole wardrobe from the different parts in the box.

3. Please Note it is a collapsible wardrobe and it takes around 1 hour of time in unpacking and totally making it from the parts provided.Hence I did not open the whole box.

4. After raising a claim on Ebay, I got a call from ebay support saying my claim does not come under ebay return policy and they are rejecting it.

5. I understood her point and went for again creating the whole wardrobe.
When I started making wardrobe from the given parts, I found a big cut in the material provided and also the fitting of the wardrobe was not right.

6. I still contacted with seller first to return the product and got no response from them and seller asked me to contact Ebay for Refund.
When I contacted Ebay with my complaint,they asked me to contact with the Seller for Refund.

My family is a consistent customer of Ebay, For the first we have had such an experience felt cheated and disregarded by Ebay.

As a customer, now you tell me what should I do !!.

I did not open the complete product at first place because i did not want to waste 1-2 hour of mine in making it from the small parts provided in the box.
It is not like a mobile phone when you get to test it all just by seeing it.

IT IS A HUGE WARDROBE, NEED TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY CUSTOMER !!!

I WANT TO RETURN THIS DAMAGED PRODUCT AND WANT MY MONEY BACK !!

PLEASE PLEASE LOOK INTO IT AND DO THE NEEDFUL !!!

I DON'T WANT TO REMOVE MY FAITH FROM EBAY !!

I want to return the product

i have called several times to tell ebay dat i don want d product, plz plz plz arrange a reverse pk up. but i guess they don understand, they jus say theye will call in a few days it neva happens now its 2 wks or so. I have transacted online wit on other websites befor neva did thy take sooooo long to arrange a reverse pk. This is pathetic and this is the last time wit ebay for sure!!!

Plz send ssum1 to reverse pk the product i told u i din like it d very next day i received it !!!!
i don think it is so difficult to understand unless ofcourse u don understand english !!!!

horrible experience with ebay

This email is for the escalation  team in regards to my resent purchase of Luxury Aluminum Frame Mirror Back Cover Case Bumper For Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge" (Item ID:############) 
Colour : 24k Golden 

The product that I received was broken. So I immediately got online and raised a claim for  replacement and I immediately uploaded the photo as well. Later after a few days I received a phone call in relation to the issue and I was told that my seller would be contacted and I would be contacted in 48 hrs with a reply. I waited for 4 days but I received no reply from your side. In frustration I called the eBay customer care. And when I asked Abt the update of my claim I was told that i had to send photos. When i told them that i had already sent the photos, i was told the photos that were uploaded were not  good enough and I had to upload new photos and then after some 48 hrs they would again contact me. As it added to my frustration I said I wouldn't be doing that . But the guy on call was good enough to calm me down and said that he would call the seller again today and if he doesn't respond by night he would give a refund.

Again the next day came that is today and on receiving no update from eBay's side I had to contact customer care. And if I recall the name correct Ajay gives me a call back and comes up with a new story. He says that any claim that is  for a refund or a replacement will take  20 days to finish. And that the concerned department  will call me after  another 5 days. If this was the case why was I not informed Abt it in my first call itself. When I told him I had enough of following up and that I just wanted an answer if u guys would give a refund or replacement and that I wouldn't wait for another  5 days for a reply. Your excellent team member first argued with me saying that i have no choice but to wait. And when i said i want an update now. In the end he  replies back saying if u can't wait for 5 days, 'just stop calling' and wait for 20days. 
This kind of 'PATHETIC' customer service you guys provide and what pathetic people have you guys hired  in your customer care centre. It was a absolute disgrace and a Horrible experience from eBay.
After the quarrel with Mr. Ajay. I received an email after an hour asking me to ship back the product and that I would get a refund.
An absolutely 'sad' and 'pathetic' experience. This will definitely be my first and I assure u the last transaction with eBay. This transaction has now not only becomed an issue of my money and your service but also an issue of my self respect. I really hope that somebody senior will look into this matter. 
Not only does eBay owe me a refund but now it also owes me a apology for the pathetic behaviour from Mr. Ajay if I recall the name correctly.

No refund given

I bought a mobile motorolla atrix ( china mobile) worth 'rs.4500.00 without realizing that it is china mobile , I got the product whose cover is tampered however that's not the concern . The main concern is I don't want china mobile , so I raised a claim on 4th Dec on same day I received mobile stating that I want my money back so that I can buy a branded mobile .

After multiple follow ups I received a call back on 11 th Dec from Anitha from ebay , she stated that they will not refund for replacement they asked me to call seller. She stated that they would not refund based on customer likes n dislikes n they asked me to live with The problem .

I raised a complained with grievance department on 12th Dec n I received s call back on 18 th Dec spoke with supervisor Bhupender Singh n he stated the same thing that they would not refund based on like or dislike of customers . I told him that cover is tampered as well , for which he asked me to send photos so that they would resolve the issue , I kept informing him that my concern is not about tampered package but about the brand . He said that its my mistake that i dint read properly before I bought. I asked him to transfer he call to manager , he said there is no manager n would arrange call back in 48 hours bit no luck till now Now its already 20 days till now no resolution provided.

This is the kind of response from ebay people. U had bought products from many websites like jabong, myntra, paytm snapdeal, no where I had encountered any problems. But this is the worst ever experience n i would not recommend the site to any one of you guys. If u frontline the product that's your problem as per ebay customer service .

Ebay do not provide replacement warranty

Dear Sir,

I purchase 16 GB samsung micro sd class 10+warranty card from ebay order date 3dec 2015 delivery received 14 dec 2015 without bill & warranty card. I put this sd card in newly purchased lenovo k3 knote. Sd card showing damaged
. this product is under ebay replacement warranty. But ebay do not support for replacement from seller.
Seller cool tech madhya pradesh, contact no. Is out of reach.

Do not provide replacement warranty

Dear Sir,

My self Jai Sharma from delhi. I purchase a 16 gb class10+ warranty Samsung micro sd card fro Ebay.in
My login in ebay jpsharma201011. My order date is 3rd dec 2015 & Received ths items without bill and warranty card on 14th dec2015 delivery within 11 days. I put this card pn my newly purchased Lenovo k3 note mobile. After enter the card showing SDCard is damaged.

Damaged SD Card under the replacement warranty of ebay or seller. Seller cool tech, Madhya pradesh do not responed on phone & ebay also not support for replacement of this product.

NOTE abay.in is top most fraud ecommerce company do not purchase any items by Pure Indians

Delayed shipment
