JVD 2nd installment which is not credited in our mothers account, Eluru engineering college asking to pay students own money and they torchering students for JVD 2nd installment if students not pay that 2nd installment JVD they will not conducting exams and they will not providing hall tickets and they asking students own money to pay JVD second installment, some of students payed that money by bargaining out side, rest of students facing struggles, management behaviour is very roude please send notice to Eluru college of engineering and technology, please ask students how they feal struggle, one of my senior asked management, principles takes his certificates and blackmailing him... So please take an action

I am student of ELURU COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND TECHNOLOGY (ELURU) I’m currently enrolled in the JVD program provided by the state government. Im a final year student. As you might already know there was one instalment of JVD regarding 2nd year was not sanctioned into any student’s account . Our College has been compelling us to pay the fee which was not sanctioned. We are unable to pay the semester fee as our college would not let students to pay the semester exam fee until we pay the tuition fee.

So i humbly request you on behalf of all the JVD students to please look into this issue and take necessary action .
