I Have Applied for PF Withdrawal but my claim has been rejected with reason

Your Claim [ Claim Id - GJAHD############ ] has been rejected due to : 1) SERVICE LESS THAN 60 MONTHS. CALLS ON REG MOB PICKED BY LADY OTHER THAN MEMBER. SUBMIT F 15 H FIRST 2) FORM 15 G / 15H, PAN CARD NOT SUBMITTED BY MEMBER

Where as i have crossed my retirement age and my PAN has Also verified at EPFO and also showing in claim receipt and also a person from PF Office Ahmedabad forcing me to come at office or else he reject my claim, my claim rejected two times

First Claim ID : GJAHD############
Second Claim ID : GJAHD############

Not able to link the KYC detail.

For PAN Card error :- Pan verfication failed. (Name against UAN does not match with the NAME in Income Tax Department)
For Aadhar Card error :- Aadhaar authentication failed. AADHAAR number, Name, DOB or Gender mismatch with registered data.


Tried to contact customer care 1800 118 005
But always busy.

From last 10 days am trying to open https://uanmembers.epfoservices.in website to activate my UAN, But website does not get open in any of the computer and mobile also.

Have also tried to activate my UAN through SMS but I didn't received the password.

Please do the needful as it is urgent to me.
