Child care leave

Madam,
At first I congratulate you for being our new ED personnel. My name is Mrs. Mallika Malakar an employee of LICI, Guwahati division.
Madam, I would like to draw your attention to a very important issue of working women i.e child care leave.
Madam, motherhood for working women is a very big challenge in today's nuclear family where near ones and relatives stay apart. Children often fall in diseases and mothers have to remain with them especially for children of bellow one year. Losing of all leaves and being EOl, or even losing of job frightenes us and make anxious all time.
Madam, I feel that some additional leaves like child care leave, or sabbatical leave is becoming very essential for women of our organization also which may benefit our women in concentrating their children and family to some extent in spite of their service life.
Madam, I am hopeful that this matter will draw your attention for which female employees of your organization will feel relaxed and be benefited a lot. Speaking the truth, we are proud to work in our organization for its work culture and corruption free status.

Non payment of my policy 485169733

I have the honour to state you that I have submitted my policy no 485169733 expired on 19/05/2018 Rs 40000.00 along with required formalities at Lici Nagaon two week beck but inspite of my repeated request to concerned official and consumer complain at Guwahati ,no payment has been received till now.So ,I request you to arrange at your end to make payment at an early date within two or three days and obliged. Continuation of Temporary Service As ASSISTANT

Dear Respected Medam,

I am Anil Deshpande , Resident of Bagalkot, Karnataka hereby requesting that
I already wrote three to four letters address to Chairman of LIC and copy of that submitted to you but till date I am not received any singl reply about my continuation of temporary service.

Sir/Medam, I worked in LIC iof India on temporary basis for 85 days in Branch office Jamkhandi, under Belgaum Division, Karnataka , After that corporation break the service after 85 days but present today in Raichur Division of Karnatka since from last 10 to12 years temporary employes are till working. Why this type of discrimination in temporary status.?. Kindly give me the chance to continue my temporary service in consideration of previous service,
