Received Defective JBL flip 3

I have ordered a JBL flip3 from you on 27th June 2020. The product I received on 29th June 2020 was a defective product. The blue tooth speaker was neither getting charged nor playing.
Immediately I raised a complaint in the product order page. The seller was Corseca which was given highest rating buy flipcart among the sellers.
There is no return option working in the order page. It shows only meet the product service team for repairing. But the product I received was a complaint product, which never worked. Also the only service center for JBL available in kerala is in Ernakulam which is 250 km far from my place. I cannot go for product repairing for a defective product received from you. So resolve the issue immediately by refunding my money. Attached the bill copy.

i ordered a black colured senator smart watch. but the getting one is red. what a foolish is this. and also i request to returned it, but nobady will further call me. please take remedial action immediatly
