Worst Condition of Road & Sewer

worst condition of roads sewer lines and no periodical maintenance of sewer lines
SIR
I. it is regret to inform that almost all the roads in Dlf Dilshad extension 2 are in worst conditions .hardly any black topping seen on roads. every where pot holes are seen .As a results ,when ever any vehicle is plying dusts are coming out which causes serious health hazards to the residents.
ii. 0pen sewer lines are choked .hardly it is being cleaned . in case by mistakes it cleans never the sludge get lifted from the side of sewer line ,as a result after some time it again comes down to sewer line.
iii. for longevity and proper rain water draining out, it is top most essential to construct rain water drains which is totally absent in whole area. it has become totally unhygienic and difficult to come out from the house due 01 feet to 02 feet rain water stagnation at road during rainy seasons.
sir, it is earnestly request to look into the matter on priority and special vigilant needs to be taken on present resources put on for maintenance of this area also needs to be displaced and informed to the residents so that they can keep eye on it.

ancroachment

We are resident of ahinsa khand-2, indirapuram, ghaziabad. From past few weeks Rishabh Builder ancroach the roads And build 2 entry gates on gda road with bamboo and steel pillar. After 2 entry gates now rishbabh builder again construct 3rd gate. And hawkers are also stand their redies in the shadow of thats gate. Pls. look this matter. we also attach the pics of ancroachment.

a.) According to RTI , many of you which may not understand. So here it is "right to information", I hope it's a bit vivid , I need the work or even partial work you have started in the nearest city to national capital . kindly revert to [email protected] .

c.) Please have some shame and invite yourself for the tour of indirapuram to see the broken roads , potholes, Street lights only working during the peak of the day and more paramount the women safety at night. How wonderful it is observe your sincere work.
D.) Kindly have the audacity to " put up dustbins at the roads and especially in the parks "

Bad Roads

Dear Sir/Madam
I live in Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad and the roads here are in very bad shape. Ahilya Marg has been broken since years and no attempts are made to make a proper road there. The dust that is blown due to the passage of cars is an health hazard for all the people living there.

We as residents of this area request the concerned authorities to make good roads and specially Ahilya Marg.

Could you please take an action on the same.

Illegal Shop at the parking of residential Building plot no 74

Respected Sir,

We the residents of Plot no. 74 Nyay Khand 1, Vidhayak Colony, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad,UP. would like to state that a portion of parking area of PLOT NO 74,NYAY KHAND 1 , as approved in PLOT map by GDA (GHAZIABAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY ) has been enclosed and illegal shop has been opened in residential building.

This is causing a severe security risk , disturbance to resident of building and near by other building.

This is also causing a revenue loss to Uttar Pradesh Goverment . In term of commercial usages charges of civic facilities has been not getting paid.

STRAY DOGS

Form fees not returning

सेवा में,
मैं संजीव गुप्ता, निवासी 3/164, सेक्टर-2, राजेंद्र नगर, साहिबाबाद में रहता हूँ. हमारे घर के पीछे वाले मकान का नंबर 3/192 है. यह मकान लगभग 6 साल के अधिक समय से बंद है. इस मकान में अत्यधिक अनावश्यक पेड़ अवं झाड़ इत्यादि उग गए हैं.
3/192 एवं हमारे घर (3/164) की दीवार एक ही है ( कॉमन दीवार). उगे हुए पेड़ों की वजह से हमारे मकान की नीव बैठ रही है (नुक्सान हो रहा है), अत्यधिक सीलन आ रही है,कीड़े मकौड़े आ रहे हैं और दीवारो में दरारे पढ़ रही हैं. स्थानीय निवासी और पड़ोसियों से पता करने के बावजूत इस मकान (3/192,सेक्टर-2, राजेंद्र नगर) के मालिक का पता नहीं लग पाया है.
आपसे निवेदन है की प्राधिकरण के रिकार्ड्स में उपलभ्द मकान मालिक का पता और मोबाइल के अनुसार इस मकान (3/192) की सफाई का इंतज़ाम तुरंत करवाया जाए एवं इस कारण से हमारे घर को हुए नुक्सान (लगभग 2 लाख रुपये से अधिक ) की भरपाई के बारे में भी मार्गदर्शन एवं सहयोग किया जाए.

Subject :- complaint against an illegal Commercial Offices Shop and problem of road because of constriction in Shakti khand 2 , ( tata sky shop ) Mid of Residential Area (Plot No 18, Shakti Khand 2, indirapuram) Allahabad: Allahabad High Court has directed the Ghaziabad Development Authority to seal all buildings in residential areas that have been leased out to banks, private schools, nursing homes or put to any other commercial use.

Respected Sir,
Most humbly and respectfully we hereunder bring the facts of construction being done on the above site plot No That we feel the construction is being done wrong way , problems are facing by People those are resident of this locality. Big Sound by Machines , complete road stuck because of building material , work is done day and night , with the support of some RWA person, every night RWA person make Drink party with construction builder and the commercial Shop owner.

1. I'm the resident of Indirapuram Shakti Khand 2 and I see so many shops and commercial activities are running inside or Gali and due them a lots of pollution and noise produce on regular basis and also very unsafe for all the residents. May be some illegal activities done inside, which is more dangarus for all resident peoples commercial activity within residential premises which is an illegal and against the laws.
2. A Very large nos. of outside customers are frequently visit his shop which disturb the residents of this block, they always live in fear that any anti social elements may strike their homes and it is certainly leads to a complete social security threat to our senior citizens and ladies at home. Moreover customers parked their vehicles in front of the main entrance of residents which creates nuisance for residents, some time they fight with the residents. The open parking space is available only for the residents and not for customers which also effect the day to day peace of life of the residents. Even residents have nos. of times complained to the shop owner for the same and closure of commercial activity in residential areas but he is not ready to listen or want to close his shop , and call RWA president again and again for his support.
It is requested to kindly look into the above facts and take immediate suitable action to close the shop.

Kindly check the following:-
1)Permission from RWA and residents.
2) Permission from GDA.
3) Whether he is paying House Tax as a domestic or commercial ?
4) Whether he has sanctioned load of Electricity for commercial or domestic ?
5) Whether he has paid for use of common parking space for his customers ?
6) What About The Notice Pollution

Order By Honourable Allahabad High Court
Allahabad: Allahabad High Court has directed the Ghaziabad Development Authority to seal all buildings in residential areas that have been leased out to banks, private schools, nursing homes or put to any other commercial use. Court directs the Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) to seal all buildings/shops running commercial activities such as banks, private schools, nursing homes etc, in areas earmarked for residential use," a Division Bench said.
The bench comprising Justice Sunil Ambwani and Justice Surya Prakash Kesarwani, in its order of September 19, directed GDA to direct shifting of such buildings if zonal regulations do not permit commercial use.
The court cited a Supreme Court judgement whereby commercial activities were forbidden in a residential locality of Noida and remarked "the order in principle applies to all residential colonies" of Uttar Pradesh and that "we do not find any distinguishing feature in which the Ghaziabad Development Authority may be exempt from the directions".
"The directions have been issued by the Supreme Court in larger public interest...And for enforcement of rights of citizens who are living in residential colonies and are directly affected by various types of commercial activities in residential colonies,
This is a major Problem in All Over indirapuram Ghaziabad because of this Problem Grows Crime Become up Day by Day Police try to Stop Crime but not possible because every 3 person open shop in resident area than how can police control all this, and theses all commercial shop are open till 11pm or more than that how can police able to stop Crime from indirapuram. I am Also a worker or rashtriya swayamsevak sangh I can also stop all shop by wrong way but need your support by legal way to close or seal All Shop from my resident nearby,

Complaint & Appeal against Unauthorized Construction in the Common Lawn Area

I want to register a complaint against the builder, the Maintenance Manager Mr. Ajay Diwedi and former RWA members and president of Paramount Symphony, crossing Republic, Ghaziabad.
The problem begins with a pandal that is installed forcefully in the residential lawn of the paramount Symphony, crossing republic, Ghaziabad, by some of the members of RWA since last two month (September-2015).
There is noise as well as air pollution and damage of all green plants and grass which is actually destroying the society’s peaceful environment. Although, the builder has provided the area in the form of community Centre for such kind of activities. But, some of the members and present president of RWA are trying to involve in many such kind of illegal and unlawful activities as if this society is under the ownership of only those.

As per Supreme Court ruling, constructions of such religious panadal and worship place in a public place are illegal and should be removed.
Older People and children are continuously exposed to the harmful noise as well as air pollution being generated from the pandal activities. Actually lots of people are facing problem from this installation.

Also, lots of visitors without any security check, from other societies are coming for puja and other rituals on daily basis. This is causing a threat to the security and law n order in the premises.

Moreover, those who have protested such kind of activity are going through the threaten warning and their females are going through the vulgar comments and remarks while crossing the pandal through a common path for entry.

Please help so that the pandal shall be removed from above mention address and can be shifted to the main gate of the society, so that a peaceful, communal harmony will prevail in the campus.
Therefore, I request your honor, to do the needful and initiate the disciplinary action against builder, maintenance manager and former RWA members and president at the earliest. Your kind and early action would be highly appreciated as you are the only authority and hope who can help us-the residents of Paramount Society to live in a peaceful and secure atmosphere.

People who are living in this area are highly affect due to below reasons:-
1. Security concern: Due to this development of slum area , Shakti khand 4 residents are highly unsecured.
2. Electricity is getting stolen by the people who are living in the slum area.
3. Water is getting stolen by the people who are living there by breaking down the water pipes.
4. Highly Polluted area : People are feeling very uncomfortable while breathing as the people who are living in this slum area are always burning Tyre, wires and waste materials.
5. People are doing bathroom in open area which makes feel very uncomfortable.
