We the residents of Plot no. 59 Nyay Khand 1, Vidhyaka Colony, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, would like to state that a portion of parking area of PLOT NO 59, NYAY KHAND 1 building has been opened Illegal Shop at the residential area. also inform you that this is thiefting electricity , house tax and siber charges.

No action taken by GDA. I have complained more than 3 times.

No roads

Dear sir

Wish to draw your attention towards problem of residence of swami vievekand block in Shalimar garden .. There has been no road as it was last made in year 2009 since then no repair no maintances done .. In rains we suffer from waterlogging in pit wholes as no road has been left.. Kids n elderly people are not able to go out if they go alone they get them self hurt...


From two days drain adjacent to our lane is being repaired by PWD it has already two months though no relief now drain water has been stopped by them n all dirty n flithy water getting in our lane already two death because of dengue has taken place.. As water get stuck in block because of no road and now govt paying no attention to our complain about deity water n no road.

We are affraid that someone will hear our problem n provide nay solution.. Enclosing n image for reference today's morning pic.

Bad roads

Hello sir/ma'am

The condition of roads in shalimar garden is pathetic .It looks like we are living in a village even roads in village would be in better condition as compared to shalimar garden.We are paying house tax for the last 12 years but roads have not been constructed even once.If constructed it got broken within a year.We need a high and good quality roads in shalimar garden.
Please help.

Bad Infrastructure

Dear All,

Just to give you overview of Shalimar Garden. We are resident of Shalimar Garden Main.

Today, we are leaving in a world where everything is growing; Everyone is promoting Swatch Bharat & Make In India.

Unfortunately, We are leaving in Shalimar Garden (Next to Dilshad garden of Delhi); Where we don't have proper administration in place; No Road; No electricity; No Sewage control; No dustbin; No Water; No Govt. Transport mode. worst part is that after election no one bother to visit shalimar garden.

Don't Know whom to approach; as wherever you go to complain about issue. everyone is giving run around.

no-one leave in that house . no maintenance since 5-10 years..
so many problems occur like-
1. Plaster of the walls continue Friable/Breakable... that may cause an accident.
2. Children are not safe ...
and many issues..

EVERY DAY ACCIDENT HAS BECOME SYMBOL OF ROAD. IN MY LIFE SUCH TYPE OF ROAD HAS NEVER BEEN SEEN. SIR IF HEIGHT OF ROAD IS 3 FEET, HOW PUBLIC. WHENEVER I TRIED TO REACH THE ROAD EITHER MY CAR GO BACK OF IF ITS IN FAST MOD THAN MY CAR HALTED SEVERAL TIME. WE CAN SAY IT ACIDENT ROAD . Building Bylaw

Dear Sir
New bye law for building development in Ghaziabad was applied in 9th September 2014 but till today authority just passed only 3 maps only and about 30 maps is waiting to get sanctioned from last 3 months still officer's don't have any answers for delay of santioning of Maps.
Sir my only concern is from 3 years building development on small plot is stopped and we all small developers waiting to get our map sanctioned but till now no progress in this regard happened.
Sir ask GDA officers about this delay and please make sure the progress in this regard.

Poor Drainage system

Sir,
I am a resident of Gyan Khand 3 , Indirapuram, Drainage System of locality is very poor, even sever water is flowing all the time on roads from different node of sever. Nalla water of Shipra Reviera is coming in Gyan Khand 3. Nallies of Gyan Khand 3 is always blocked resulting it to unhygienic condition. There is no way for the dirty water to go out of the locality.So I request you to kindly look into this unhygenic condition of Gyan Khand 3 and resolve our problem.

Repair of Road, illegal encroachment & Pollution

Your kind attention is drawn to following two issues of great Public Interest which requires immediate redressal.


1. The approach road to Amrapali Village, Nyay Khand II, Indirapuram has been totally dug up and the road is in deplorable condition.The repairs were started but the Contractor has left midway and it is almost now 3 weeks that the condition has become from bad to worse not to mention the poor quality of job which is being carried out. The encroachment by the GDA Flats are rampant, all of them having opened illegal shops/ commercial establishment and the road has been reduced to half of its width. There is no drainage for rainwater and during rainy season the entire area becomes flooded with dirty water. Please look into the problem and instruct for taking proper steps for immediate repair of said road after doing proper planning with drainage system etc.

2. The 2nd issue is much more severe and has widespread implication for public health. The vacant area lying behind Kala pathar park has been totally encroached and has been converted into a scrap yard and hazardous waste dumping site. The encroachers also keep on burning hazardous waste openly flouting the NGT orders. A thriving illegal business in scrap goes on in the said area. The open defaecation by illegal slum dwellers in the said area is furher compounding the pollution and hygiene of the area. The said area presumably is part of the green belt and the forest deptt./ horticulture deptt. of GDA should start plantation drive to preserve the environment and free the land from encroachers and prevent pollution. Immediate steps are requested from your good offices.

In case the above issues are not taken care of in near future, the resident associations and other activists will be constrained to highlight it at national level through various mediums and at various levels in the Govt.

We hope that after you have assumed charge as Vice Chairman, GDA, developmental activities will get a boost and the above issues will get addressed.

Re: Illegal Temple on the way of link road

May I have an opportunity to bring in your knowledge about some irregularity is being done in our locality, Vaishali which is under your jurisdiction.Now a days, one link road is being constructed from Vaishali Metro Station's Gate No.2 near Newly under construction multilevel parking to Harshvardhan Marg near Rampratha Green to facilitate the commuters of metro rail. This road is supposed to run both ways parallel to the very busy road going to Mohan Nagar from Anand Vihar. At peak hours, most of the traffic will be diverted to this road. Hence it must be quite wide with divider in the middle and foot paths on both sides of the road. As per earlier marking, one illegal structure (IS), posed as temple, comes on the way which was required to be removed. But just to please the owner of this structure, Mr.Tejsingh Yadav who is said to be a very powerful person of Samajwadi Party and an advocate in Ghaziabad Development Authority(GDA), it is being protected. Taking the advantage of both the positions and a close door negotiation, this temple is saved from demolition. Doing so, the road will become a bottleneck near the IS without having footpaths. Though, there is enough space to make both to & fro roads adjacent to each other, provided that the IS is removed.
Now, it appears that the colony's service lane will be converted into main link road just to give the IS a protection. This will be very risky and dangerous for both the residents and traffic, especially on peak hours. It will also create a log jam most of the time as commuters will use this road throughout the day to avoid the main road. Residents of the colony use this service lane for taking out & in their vehicles from parking and their guests to park their vehicles here. It will be very inconvenient for us if this road is converted into main link road. Why we innocent people will suffer for the misdeeds of one selfish cunning person?
Hence, It is requested to you to personally intervene into this matter and take the advice/opinion of some experts in this field from Central Road Research Institute, a govt. organization, if required. It is a matter of human life's safety, so all the precautions must be taken from the beginning. Hope, in public interest, you will certainly give importance to this matter. Thanking you.

Unauthorised construction in A-127 Ground and Top Floor

Have done many complaints regarding A-127 ,Surya Nagar , Ghaziabad Pin code 201011 , Ground Floor and Top Floor , But no action has been taken till date .
As being a responsible Indian Citizen would like to inform GDA about ground and top floor owners who have done unauthorised construction work on ground and top floor .. Which include additional Bathroom at the back side of ground floor which is not the part of approved map . Frame work / Fiber and steel rooms on ground and top floor (Terrace ) which is on 4 th floor .Top floor owner has covered full terrace with steel sheet room which has AC installed .
Would like to have kind attention .. someone senior from the GDA should visit the place and get it checked and removed a .I suspect that someone will take an appropriate action on the owners of ground and Top floor . If no action has been taken than others too will get opportunity to do the same which will hamper the masterplan Planning

And have heard that someone from DDA has visited the place but no action has been taken .

Speed Breakers Required

We, resident of Niti Khand-1 still waiting to things get done (Speed Breakers)... it is now long pending since we are asking & it is not for our personal or our society use, it is for general public. I herby again requesting you please look in to the matter and do needful for speed breakers at below locations-

1- Near SCOPE Hospital Chauraha (Niti Khand-1, Indirapuram) both the side of the road.

2- Near OMAX PLAZA MALL CHAURAHA (it is near Swarn Jyanti Park gate No.2)both the side of the road


3- Near ATS Advantage gate No.1 (Tiraha)

These above all are highly accidental zones. Hope You understand before somebody get injured.

Sir there is only one way to enter in the temple which is given at wrong side it will not be possible Revolution of temple at many of festivals also for marriage rituals.

Public road block
