We would like to bring in to your kind notice that we are staying at plot No. 211, Nitikand -1 , Near Shemrock school Indirapuram. This plot contains total 06 no. of flats .But sir one of resident (Mr.Gupta ) which staying at Second floor front side(SF-1) is constructing a illegal room of their roof which can be cause of the major accident in future because of building structure not allowed to bear more load so please we all residents of this building requesting you please give the order to stop the work and constructed building should be demolished so that we could not face any incident in future.

POOR DRAINAGE & SEWER SYSTEM IN DLF DILSHAD EX-II

WE ARE THE SRI CITIZENS RESIDING IN DLF DILSHAD EX-II, NEAR DELHI (JUST WALKING DISTANCE TO DELHI) AND HAVE PURCHASED FLAST HERE FOR LIVING AFTER OUR RETIREMENT . BECOZ IT IS NEAR TO DELHI BUT NO HUSH-PUSH OF DELHI. BUT THE ROAD/ SEWER WATER/ DRAINAGE SYSTEM ARE FORCING US TO LEAVE THIS PLACE. AS THE SEWER WATER IS ALWAYS ON THE ROAD. IT IS CREATING HEALTH PROBLEMS TO US. DRIVING ON THE COLONY ROAD IS VERY CRITICAL .

AUTHORITIES AND SITTING MLA/MP ARE NOT HEARING OUR VOICE.

KINDLY HELP US. PLEASE REPAIR THE ROAD OF THE COLONY AND ARRANGE PROPER SEWER/DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN SIDE THE COLONY. WE ARE PAYING PROPERTY TAX TO THE GOVT WITHOUT GETTING ANY FACILITIES AS A CITIZEN.

POOR ROAD AND DRAINAGE/SEWER SYSTEM IN DLF DILSHAD EX-II

WE ARE THE RESIDENT OF C-1 BLOCK IN DLF DILSHAD EXT-II ARE UNABLE TO LIVE HERE BECOZ ALL THE TIME SEWER WATER IS ON THE ROAD.
IT IS A HOT PROPERTY AS IT IS VERY NEAR TO DELHI JUST WALKABLE DISTANCE FROM THE COLONY TO DELHI.
BUT THE CONDITION OF ROAD AND THE SEWER DRAINAGE PROBLEM IS FORCING THE RESIDENTS TO LEAVE THE PLACE.

PLEASE OPEN THE EYES OF GDA SEWER LINE DEPARTMNET AND GIVE US A PROPER FACILITY TO LIVE HERE.

WE ARE HUMBLE RESIDENTS.

KINDLY REPAIR THE ROADS AND ARRANGE PROPER DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND CONTROL THE SEWER WATER.

ELECTION IS COMING. PLEASE HELP THE POOR VOTES.

GDA asking for bribe

I have purchased GDA flat 3 yr back 2nd and 3 rd floor, after paying complete.amount and still paying houe loan, but now they are GDA peple saying tha 3 rd floor is.iiligal so they are saying that we have to break.it, but we r nt.only one who.has 3 floor, there are lots.of house has more than.3 floor, so.now they are asking bribe to stop.this.complain, we have paide for 3r and every year we pay extra charge for 3 rd floor but they are saying that it is illigal, so.kindly any.one auggeat

Plot No. Regarding

Dear sir/Madam ,

i have applied for the scheme code 788, plot size 90 sqm in madhuban Bapudham 2010 lottery draw was successful and i got the allotment letter without plot no. october 2010 i deposited all the money (1168200 Rs) in single installment with the help of housing bank loan but till today (23 apr-2013) i did not get any plot no. so kindly give me the information about the plot no. draw of scheme code 788/750 in madhuban bapudham.
I try to contact to PRO in GDA office but no body want to entertain the public so kindly also give me the contact no of any concern person who can give the information about the madhuban bapudham scheme code 788/750

rajnagar flats construction n increasing land area by taking land of nala in there area

there is an construction going on in rajnagar 6/ 232 ghaziabad they r building floors n they have taken nala area in there house ....the plot area is around 130 sq metre ...n they hv converted it into 150 sq metre ....n we people dont want this thing to happen ...n we want to know that floor in this area is permited ??????????/ n the map is not according to gda ...so please take action on this

Sir,

I would like to bring to your kind notice that in Shaktikhand-1,Indrapuram people are using residential flats as commercial which leads to many issues. As the shopkeepers believe that they are the owner of space in front their shops apart from the allotted space of the flat which wrongly used as shops and apart from the their own vehicle they want space for their customers as well. Which results in:

1. There is always a traffic problem on the roads.
2. Parking of Vehicle.
3. Security & Safety.

And Many others.

I have gone through master plan of the area which suggest there is only one commercial market in Shaktikhand-1 but if you just move around you will identify more as a commercial area rather than residential as every building’s ground floors are used as shops which comes under unauthorized usage of residential property.

And Not even this
If you look the terrace of the most of the buildings have unauthorized construction of floors which turns with building of Ground +2floors into Ground +3 0r even 4.

I believe if you check material used in constructing of these building so good it some how managed to hold G+2 and people are constructing to G+3 or 4 which leads to unsafety of the people living in those building as they might collapse any point of time.
As its serious matter of public safety.

Request you to please raise this concern to GDA and force them to take necessary action against unauthorized construction and usage of residential property. Believe concern dept. will get back to me with the appropriate action against it.

I will also raising this concern to next level with media, NGO
if necessary action not taken.

This is regarding Unauthorise construction in front of houses at A Block of Lajpat Nagar,behind sahibabad police station,people are construction boundaries of Iron net to occupy land space in form of garden,putting there Big Electric generators on a walking space due to this there is so much problem in walking or to drive your vehicle.
Sir this is a very serious problem here.So its an humble request to demolish that unauthorised consrtuction as soon as possible

Bad condition of roads in Our Area (Ram park, Loni Ghaziabad (Road towards khajuri chowk to Ram Park –Main Pusta)

I would like to bring to your kind notice the miserable condition of roads in my locality. Our Area is Ram Park, Loni Road, GZB.

The main Pusta from khajuri chowk towards to ram park is in very bad condition. The total road is full of big holes. There is no smooth run for the transport.

The roads in this area are totally in very bad condition. The traffic is available 24x7 and road condition is very worst. No one can go smooth.

Sir it is my sincere request to you that kindly give the order to the concern department to get the roads constructed/repaired without any further delay. We are facing many problems due to this damage road.

Sir, please help us.

Unauthorized Market on Road - Shipra Vista/Shristi

Dear Santosh ji,

Yesterday 8 Mar 12 in morning 8:00 am a GDA buldozer came to the service road between Shipra vista & Shipra Shristi society in Indiparuram accompanied by a police van. The buldozer demolished some empty tents on the road and the persons accompanying the buldozer were clicking the pictures of the action for proof. This eye wash continued for around 20 minutes after which it was bussiness as usual as in the evening at 5:00 pm again the full fledge unauthorised market was again in service as if nothing had happened .

Request you to kindly take action immediately and deciecive action , get it removed from this road.

Illegal Construction

Dear Sir,
I have complaints for illegal construction near my house and almost all the sector-3F vaishali.
As per GDA policy there should only 3 floor building is allowed without the basement.
But now day’s builder making the building with BASEMENT having 5th floor.
If there is no action taken place within the time then there loss to many family because the construction
Quality used by the builder is very bad it is not good for 3rd floor where they are constructing up to 5th floor.
Please take proper action within the time.

demanding for higher parking charges near Wave Kaushambhi

Dear Concern,

One thing would like to inform regarding unauthorised parking charges near Wave Kaushambhi Ghaziabad.
This is an authorised parking alloted by GDA.But they demand charges more than enough.
If you ask them about high charge then they call their near & dear to shut your mouth.

Request you to please raise this concern to GDA and force them to take necessary action againt them.

sewer block

The sewer near 359 shakti khand 1 are blocked for last one year .The cleaning has been tried by nagar nigam few times but of no use.The spill will give rise to various diseases as malaria dengue gastroenteritis etc in this monsoon season.i request the authorities to help us out as soon as possible.

Sub: Bad condition of roads in Our Area (Main Shani Bazar Road, Shanti Nagar, Ward number 10, Loni Road)

Sir

I would like to bring to your kind notice the miserable condition of roads in my locality, Our Area Shanti Nagar, Loni Road, GZB. The roads in this area are totally in bad condition. There is no smooth run for the transport. It has been repeatedly brought to the notice of local (Ward number-10) Loni Nagar Palika Parishad councillor and Chairman, but all in vain. There is always a traffic problem on the roads.

The first showers of approaching monsoon will put the things in worst shape. The residents are in deep distress on this account and have repeatedly expressed their resentment through written complaints but nothing has been done so far. All the assurances are in vain as no action has been taken.

Also there are full of Unauthorized Construction on left hand side of the road, they have constructed the unauthorized shops parallel to a temple (Saat Manzil Mandir) and is going full swing.

I request you to get the roads constructed/repaired without any further delay and It is humbly submitted that please take appropriate action against this Unauthorized Construction at the earliest.

Information for road construction in area towards plot no. 5/412

Dear Sir

We the resident of plot no. 5/412,Vaishali, Ghaziabad, hereby inform you that we are tired with the road in front of our building . As there is so much in/out of bikes/cars and due to no parking space it is going to be worst daily.

At the outset, we would also like to bring to your kind consideration that the street lights are also problem in our area and persons have occupied the open areas and using it illegally for their own personal purposes.
The road in the said area needs to be rebuilt, Actually there was no road constructed last time while all the roads rebuilds in the same area.
It's condition is very bad and residents are daily facing many issues. Any one (either biker/car or person) may get severe damages. So requesting GDA to take immediate action against this. The area for bed shaped road is very less. Even the resident tried to repair the same few months back but the situation is same.

As a outcome, if GDA will not help us then we can't get rid of this problem. We are tired with this road. this is so pathetic that you cannot escape yourself even from a single hole. Really it’s hard to travel by this road.

Due to the act of the above mentioned, we are facing lots of problem like everyone is
1. Parking of Vehicle. (We are managing mutually so might not be issues)
2. People are throwing their garbage on the road as it is not in existence which is not Hygienic.
3. Security & Safety.

Henceforth, we would request you to kindly look into the matter on a serious note and take immediate appropriate action to construct the road in the above mentioned plot area.

We don't understand what will happen of our city if the situation remains the same for such a small issues where just focused attention is required.
As Vaishali end, Indrapuram Starts and those roads are really fantastic. We really can’t understand that both are the part of UP then why Vaishali is never looked for road construction. Please take necessary measures and we request you to take suitable action to build this small road as soon as possible. If GDA feel that we resident can help to improve this and make it happen then we are ready for any help.
We know that GDA is providing/helping so much and doing many thing to improve and making residents life better but few small issue are broking its good image.

Unwanted Slum is Increasing in Residential areas

Hi,
Slums in Indirapuram is increasing day by day in residentials areas. This is causing insecure environment for the residents there. I live at Plot no: 21, Gyan Khand -1,Indirapuram. there are slums and increasing day by day..Recently there was car stolen from plot no 21, this creates very insecure environment and also those slums people misbehave with the residents.
We need some serious action should be taken against them so that society should be secure and residents will cover themselves in good and safe environment. Also we had observed that these slums people misuse the electricty and govt water supply very badly for which residents are paying and is effecting on their pockets.

So this is our request from GDA or any governing authority to take serious action against these slums...
If possible please provide us the name or email id of team or department who will take serious action against them....
