Refund not done for undelivered item

In last two transaction i have observed that when we order site shown failed transaction but amount of that transaction reduced from my accounts (through Standard Charted Credit Card Amt to Rs. 2545 on 25.03.2018 & Rs. 2452 on 01.04.2018), but from your side will not get any response for refund when we checked about delivery that time you informed that your payment will get refunded within week but after 10 to 15 days also yet we have not received my refund that means my money blocked for more than 15 days. If this type of response will get then nobody book order through Grofers, Your service is very poor compare to Big Basket . I have already book complaint 3 times on your grofer site. Please note that if your approach is same for customer then please don't expect any customer for book online shopping from your site.

Order got rescheduled twice

My order no. is #GR210366196, I have ordered from grofers earlier many a times and always received delivery on time..but this time I was to receive my order on 2 Feb,but I received a text that my order had been rescheduled to 5 Feb,then again on 5 Feb I got a text which stated that I will get my order on 8 Feb,it is 8 Feb today and timings are 4-7 pm and I haven't received any text regarding delivery till now.I want to know what is the real issue regarding my order delivery and when will I actually be able to receive my order since it's been delayed for so long.

Items were missing

I received my order on time but 2 of the items were missing. Home essential kitchen spatula was missing and also the scotch brite floor cloth was ordered in 2 quantity but was delivered on one. Looking for a prompt action.

Items missing

My order number is GR84301886. I have been a regular customer of grofers but have always done transaction using cash on delivery. This was the first time I ordered and paid online. But to my surprise the delivery person left the things outside my door and left. As a result no receipt was given and also items could not be checked. Four items were missing about which I have been trying to complain since last one hour online and on the phone too but to no avail. I don't think grofers can be trusted with online payments.Never had this problem with Big Basket. Do not know whom to complain to?

Extra amount

I have received my order.But
Delivery boy has taken some extra amount on time of delivery.(Billing price is 1307 but he has taken 1324 rs.)
so kindly refund my extra money.

Regarding price of fruits and veggies

It was very shameful for Grofers to sell Vegetables and fruits at Soo high prices then market rates.i bought 1 kg pea at 135 from Grofers while it is 60 per kg in market.i bought golden apple 210 per kg from Grofers while it's just 120 from other grocery apps.its pathetic.i am regular customer at Grofers odering at least 7-8 times per month and each time amount exceeds 1000.it was really surprising for my information to check for prices.as I was trusting such weird app like so called Grofers...
I am very angry with the app prices.

Worst experience in payment mode

I have order in grofers but it was my worst experience in payment mode.The delivery guy doesn't have swiping machine, nor has a scanning code in paytm and you have infinte rules in paying through Sodexo paytm or mobikwik. When an option of cash on delivery is given it a common thought which goes to the mind it's either paying hard cash or swiping through the card. But today grofers have changed that mind set. It my mistake to switch myself from big basket to grofers. The delivery guy said a link will be sent to u through which u can do online payment and it's half an hour still I haven't got the link. I am really going share to this thought in social media and make people also aware how bad is gofers service. And you know how powerful is the social media in today's date.

Used and damaged products

I ordered an olay cream along with other products and the lid of it was broken and the way it was put on made it obvious that it had been opened and probably used and most probably the cream must be spoiler. Similarly, in many cases, we ordered cleaning liquids which had a broken seal and was obvious that a generous amount has been used already. This is completely and utterly disgusting and morally wrong and the company should make sure it does not fool its customers like this. There are some basic ethics and code of conducts which should be followed and I’m sorry to say that if you can’t do even this much, be prepared to lose customers. I am completely disappointed and disgusted by your service and will advice every body else to NOT ORDER THESE KINDS OF PRODUCTS FROM GROFERS as they are just BIG FAT CHEATS in the market.

Missing of wallet amount

We had 109/-on our grofers wallet. We tried ordering but then their server crashed. And we got a message store closed and also we were unable to place our order. It was the last day to use our grofers cash too.
But then we got a message from grofers telling we can still use the grofers cash as the validity has been extended.
Surprisingly we found out that the cash has been used up without us placing any order. We checked in our orders placed and found no order in the recent days by us.
Kindly please look into the matter.

Poor service

I have ordered 14 items but they have delivered 2 only, this is really disgusting service. Delivery boy said i got the refund but who cares about the refund, we need vegetables in the morning not your refund. Again i have to go to buy market then what is the point of having online business. They should not accept the order if not able to deliver the products or they should give well prior intimation so that consumer can order from different website. Show as chippest but absolutely bad service and make your effort double to get your things. Please dont order from Grofers.

Cancelled order

They only spoil the time of customers nothing else.They don't play there roll well,even they don't write there contact number because they know that they never complete their task.so what they reply to us,I searched there number from Google but the did not received call and cut by themselves. Even after cancelled the order they blame the customer to cancelled the order really they are disgusting. Never ever
Believe them..........

Unable to proceed delivery at time

They take too much tym to deliver but after 9 days they are not able to send order.this is worst.....no one believe in him.they only earn money from us...and cancelled so many things even they show in list ,I paid full money and they cancelled some things even they don't send my order yet....there due date n tym both are exhausted.......
They r worst n not believable......i never told to anyone to trust n buy things from here.....

Cancelled Without Intimation

I Ordered Some Children food. They rescheduled my order from 11th August to 12th august.
I waited for the order two days in home. But Simply cancelled my order by Grofers without my information.
Asked to customer care they told, due to contact number not reachable, my order cancelled.
What was the worst reason. Due to my SIM damage. any one couldn't contact me.

This reason not acceptable.

Already more time orders delivered from Grofers.

Why they act as a government organisation.

My amount also may be refunded 8 - 10 working days..

Rotten vegetables

This is the first time we placed the order with Grofers. W received spoilt spinach and mint. I'm stuck also because this was meant to be used for breakfast. We had to scrabble around to buy alternatives.
Don't know where to complain.

rip off. EXTTRA MONEY TAKEN

MY BILL WAS FOR 580 AND I WAS THE ONE WHO ORDERED THE STUFF, MY MOM WAS THE ONEWHO TOOK THE STUFF AND OUT OF GOOD FAITH SHE DIDN'T TAKE THE BILL IN HER HAND AND ASKED THE DELIVERY BOY HOW MUCH WAS THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID AND HE SAID THE AMOUT BEFORE DISCOUNT WHICH WAS 660. Wrong Item Deliver

I have ordered with Order Id 10357272. And I got 2 items wrong deliverd and then Grofer sent me the same item with Grofer Id 10373270 after complaint. Now I returened both items and still there is no right items delivered yet. Kindly sent me the right Items with same discount.

Refund not done for undelivered item

For my order no. GR797296670, at the time of delivery
1 Kg Dabur Chywanprash was not delivered. Delivery boy told refund of RS-266, will come as Grofers Cash.
However rs266 not refunded by Grofers. I have raised many complaints but grofers has not given any specific response to my problem.
When I am raising complaint for this issue , message is showing that " rs-266 has been refunded to the original mode of payment".
Rs- 266 is not recieved by me in any type of payment.
What is this original mode.
Grofers shall refund the money without any further delay.

Billing wrong
