very bed service in haier

FUNGUS IN VEGETABLE AREA

I bought HRF 618 SS on dated 21/10/2017 Haier refrigerator after being impressed with its looks and the amount of space inside. However, since I bought the fridge I faced trouble every other day. Firstly the features like Quick Freeze and Temperature Control never worked for me. It took awful lot of time to cool when I turned on the Quick Freeze mode after that the below area of fridge as well as vegetable area is in such pathetic situation where fungus in 1 days in that area after that eating such vegetable our children got illness after that dr advise that baby gotted food poising so we also complaint 2 time for checking such crucial problem but one giving the solution of this situation only giving wrong commitment bcoz company want to complete one year warranty after that company will not be responsible for this type of product production or commitment
now one will listening my problem which is facing by me as well as my family bcoz it is complete the need of full family i am too much pathetic situation if on one will attention than i will go for legal
please attention on my problem and solve it as early as possible

Horrible Haier Refrigerator

Haier is the worth company from which I have ever purchased any electronics from. I purchased a Haier refrigerator 5 years back and from the very first day the refrigerator has been causing various issues.

A haier technician has to visit my place on a quarterly basis and charge hefty amounts each time.

This time though they have crossed all limits and I am without a working fridge for 6 days now.
The people there are shameless and we are helpless. They say that my fridge requires a part which is in transit.

I want to give a firing to Haier top-down.

Aapka product haier refrigerator nihayat hi ghatiya kisam ka hai.service third class hai.maine nov 16 mein refrig liya tha .8 month mein 4 baar kharab ho chuka hai.service wala aata hai bs ek hi baat kehta hai part nahi aa raha.please apne prodycts ko improov karwaye.humne to sabko yahi kehna shuru kiya hai ki haier products knbhi nahi lena.ghatiya products hai.mera product sahi karwaye nahi to mujhe consumer court jana hlga.

WORST COMPANY IN CONSUMER DURABLE.THE CITIZEN OF INDIA CAN BE FOOLED JUST ONCE,BECAUSE EVERY PRODUCT OF HAIER COMPANY IS DEFECTIVE.THE DEALER JUST CONCENTRATE ON MAKING CUSTOMER FOOL AFTER GETTING CUSTOMER FOOLED THE CUSTOMER IS FREE FROM THEIR SIDE.THE SERVICE CENTRES ARE GIVEN TO THE MOST LAZY PERSONS IN CITY SO THAT THE CUSTOMER HAS TO EVENTUALLY BUT ALL THE SPARES AT A PRICE BECAUSE OF THE QUALITY OF THEIR SERVICE CENTRES LAZINESS.THE COMPLAINT OF THIS CO. SHOULD BE GIVEN TO MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS FOR APPROPRIATE ACTION AS BY WRITING HERE NOTHING CAN HAPPEN TO THE COMPANY.I AM WRITING TO MINISTRY OF CONSUMER AFFAIRS.SO THAT NECCESARY ACTION CAN BE TAKEN AGAINST THIS COMPANY AS IT IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THIS SEGMENT.

haier refrigerators

Hi am Rafiq H Makandar.
We brought Haier refrigerators on 2nd may 2013. From the first day it's not working properly. Technician came after 2 days of complaint. Brand is good. But again it's start same problem. Technician came back. I spoken to sales manager regarding same he told me that if it's not working we will replace it.
Still I haven't get any replacement.
So please looking after this matter do let me know.

BAD SALE SERVICES

Good Morning Sir

After Submitting the below mentioned complaint HAIER Executives are doing nothing. Here is my request to all to NEVER EVER buy HAIER PRODUCTS. There after SALE SERVICES are terribly BAD and COSTLY. I will post all this matter to other social networking websites to make consumers aware about how mentally HAIER HARASS and the way it makes you DEPRESS. After making the complaint on Oct.7,2010, HAIER's SENIOR EXECUTIVE called me up on Oct.8 at 11am in morning and assured me that I will not have to pay anything and the compressor will be replaced with the new one. After visiting for hours I called him at 5pm and asked about the engineer to which he told that he will be there in the next 1 hour. I waited and called his engineer at 7pm. He told he will be late and try to come between 10 pm to 11pm, to which I agreed. At 11:15pm his engineer called up and told that he will take another half an hour or so, and then also I agreed. After that he just started talking badly and told me that he will come next day. I have recording of his conversation with me. I then told him to come between 9 to 10 am and he came at 10:20am with a repaired compressor, not a new one. Though I had earlier paid for the new compressor. Now HAIER EXECUTIVES says that they are OUT OF STOCK and our compressor will be changed in the next eight to ten days.
Therefore we are very much harassed by them and we just want you to do something in this matter.

We were charged Rs.4286 ( which includes Rs.3000 for the Compressor, Rs. 650 for Filling Gas, Rs. 250 for Transport and Rs. 386 as service charge ).
We have been given 1 year warranty in written. Now on October 6,2010 our compressor once again stopped cooling. On complaining 3 times in HAIER Customer Care, one of the engineer visited in evening on Oct 7,2010. He told Compressor is jammed. Its only 3 months now and we faced the same problem.
Not only this he asked to pay Rs.1286 for resolving the problem which includes Rs. 650 for Filling Gas, Rs. 250 for Transport and Rs. 386 as service charge.
I just wanna know why should we bear the above mentioned charges.
Also Mr. Vipin Mehta, one of the HAIER Senior Executive told us that if it again happens within 3 months then we will not be charged, after 3 months he will charge us. If this is so then why they have given us ONE YEAR WARRANTY ???
We are being forced to pay and are harrassed by the company.
