refund not processed for 4 months

My account was debited while i was paying for amazon delivery on 3rd july 2017, since amazon have refunded the amount, but still i havent received the amount. I have received no response from bank. When i call customer care they always say, that it will be refunded as soon.

Unknown deductions

I came to know that my saving account has been debited for Rs. 118.00 on 27-Sep-17 towards ADHOC ATMT CHGS INCL GST And Rs 17 twice for inst-alert chg inc gst. I don’t remember going to any branch for requesting any statement. Kindly clarify why I have been debited with the above said amount.

I had taken a home loan in 2012 from HDFC Bank. Due to tight business conditions, I have two home loan instalments due at present. While my payments are also stuck in business and are delayed and that is why my instalments get delayed most of the time. But at the same time, I understand the importance of a home loan and a home. That is why i PAY UP AS SOON AS i RECEIVE PAYMENTS in my business. I am also paying the interest on the delayed payments and never disputed the same. When my clients don't pay up in time, I don't start harassing them and I don't treat them as thieves. Whereas Your recovery team starts harassing us at every drop of hat. Kindly advise your recovery team to take up the matter which is legally acceptable and under the norms. Keeping in view of the above, now my husband talks to them and they have started harassing him too. Today one Mr. Paras Sachdeva, debt recovery manager, Phone no. 9873467755 called up my husband and also my loan guarantor who is my brother. He also got very disturbed. This has been very embarrassing for me and my husband. Kindly let me know the procedure of follow up by your recovery team in case two instalments become pending? Are they allowed to harass and speak to us as if we are thieves. I will send a legal notice of harassment if I don't get a satisfactory reply from your bank.

Payment Dedute With Wrong Information

Hi I Am Ashok Kumar , I Have Requested Online For Personal Loan. I Received A Call From Your Bank Side And Exucative Said That Your Personal Loan Has Been Approved By Bank . Your Amount Will Be Credit In 3 Days Then He Told Me About One Assist Service. I Was Saying That I Know About One Assist Service So I Dont want To Take This Service. But He was Calling me Again And Again And Forcing me to activate one assist Service. My concern was about the personal loan and he was talking about only one assit service. i have't received the person loan amount as well. please i dont want this service . 1899/- has been deducted from my account. i want my money back.

Harassment from HDFC Bank for their customers.

Sir/Mam,
I am Vishal Arya & I am writing today to complain of the harassment given by HDFC bank to me & my family. I am holding a savings bank account in HDFC Bank (Account No.-50100066114306), Branch address: SCO-15, Sector-14, Gurugram, Haryana 122001. Recently on 31.07.2017, I have been charged Rs. 24,177.27 from this awful organization i.e. HDFC Bank. After consultation with its representative it has come to known that these charges have been deducted from my account against some dues of HDFC credit card (CARD NO.-4346XXXXXXXX1011). This is to inform that this card doesn’t belong to me & I have been continuously arguing with the bank staff that this amount have been wrongly deducted from my account as the mentioned credit card doesn’t belong to me and it is very sad to know that nobody is bothered about the same & bluntly refused to help me in this regard. I have had a discussion about the same with their staff members named as Mrs. Rashmi Chaudhary & Mrs. Anupam & it is very sad to know that both of them are not at all co-operating in this issue.
Most of my monthly liabilities are dependent on my salary & from my salary Rs. 24,177.27 has been deducted wrongly form their end.
This is also to inform you that I am being harassed a lot by HDFC bank & I am definitely not going to take it lightly as my family’s bread & butter depends solely on my salary & I will surely adopt all legal measures to get my hard earned money back. This is again to mention that it is quite a dissatisfying experience with this awful bank that nobody is ready to help the innocent customers & without any fault on the part of customer this bank is deducting their customer's money on their own. This is clearly not acceptable & deserves a strict action against the organizations like these.

Kindly treat this matter on very immediate basis & help to get my money back to my account at the earliest possible.

Cheque Book not received

I have requested for cheque book on 23rd May, and got a dispatch message on 26th May that cheque book dispatched on 25th May through AWB No. 2042228 via Speedman Air Express. But still i have not received my cheque book. While tracking the status on Courier portal it is not giving any information only showing some error message.
Please arrange to deliver that to my address asap.

Food card replacement- 4 months pending

Already raised a complaint - "041-422-337" with no resolution or message or customer callback or absolutely anything except for a default mail. I have been complaining to replace my HDFC food card as it is damaged and not working since 4 months with no appropriate response.
Please let me know if you can resolve this or least interested in customer complaints.

Complaint for New Charges & Higher then Commitment for swiping

I have an Current account with HDFC Bank Gurgaon sector-56 branch with 3 EDC Machine installed, now from 1st may they have start charge for settlement charge for each EDC machine on daily basis.

EDC card swiping charge is also higher than was committed to us at the time of opening account. I have complaint many time to their executive, i also visit to branch, but problem is still remaining as.

Charge Detected From My Account

Now after 4 months & 7 days they realize their mistake & how they know that was my note.

If me visit to bank after 4 months with a fake note, will they accept it.

Wrong NEFT

This is in regards to NEFT i did on 10.04.2017 no. N100170271726694 for rs 18000/-, in which i wrongly entered the account number. I was doing NEFT for a/c no. 1087101014756, IFSC NO. CNRB0001087. Mistakenly i entered a/c no. 1057101014756 and NEFT is done. Request you to please reverse the NEFT as it was done mistakenly. Please find the attached file for details of the NEFT. I took up the issue with HDFC same day but till date no reply. i requested Canara bank also for the same but again no reply. Request you to please look up into this.

MY debit card was cloned/Hacked

on SAT 15-Apr-2017 My hdfc bank ( 50100081226941 ) ATM debit card was hacked/cloned And 26,000 Rs. was withdrawal from the ATM. After few minutes I received a call from HDFC BANK risk Team, he blocked my debit card, He told me that my debit card is hacked/Cloned by the Hackers. My original ATM card is still with me.

I already launched a complaint in hdfc bank ( MUMC0417123517 ) but still I didn't received any call from HDFC BANK.

I think they are waiting for another incident.

Unauthorised Withdrawal

Dear Sir,
My name is Bhaskar Tiwari and I am having a salary account number 05001140015673 with Kottivakkam, Chennai Branch. On 16.03.2016, around 23:20, I have received 5 consecutive SMS from HDFC Bank stating withdrawal of Rs. 10,000 in each transaction using my HDFC card at Chakrata road around 23:20 but ATM card was with me at that time. I am in Gurgaon and transactions happened in Uttarakhand.

I immediately checked through the net-banking and withdrawal was done through some ATM in Dehradun. I informed customer care and my ATM card and net-banking were blocked. The customer care guy informed me the ATM ID of the ATM. The ATM ID is S1CW3123. He told me to register a FIR and to visit nearby HDFC branch with FIR copy.

I again checked with the customer care to reassure and they told me that my ATM and net-banking is blocked and my complaint number is MUMC0317134353.

I have already filled the dispute form with HDFC Bank Branch sco-39, Sector-56, Gurgaon on 17.03.2017.

I would like to assure that these transactions were not authorised by me and my ATM card was with me all the time. Please look into the matter on urgent basis.

HDFC bank ATMs don't have cash for withdrawal, in Delhi NCR (Faridabad/ Gurgaon ) If we transaction from other bank ATM ,Our bank deduct transaction charges from our account balance, its not good for all people, I would like to request you Kindly stop these nonsense thing.

credit card dispute

hi , i have a credit card (############ 8125 ) from hdfc bank . my card was billed for 31000 in feb and i was not able to pay that amount so my card was manully closed from the bank and it was given to the recovery deptt. they call and harrased me then i asked for a settlement , i recieved the settlement letter from the bank for rs 20800 in feb 2016 . accordin to the letter i had to pay 20800 which i have done but a few days back i got a call from the bank saying that the letter is invalid i still owe 31000.

From feb i did not get any calls from customer service about the invalid settlement letter now after all payments done they are saying that is invalid , how can you do this if it was invalid for any reson you should have informed me , but now i can do nothing , the customer service from hdfc bank is terrible , i tried to reach tollfree no 011 61606161 they do not have any information about my card as it has been disabled by the debt department and gave me a phone number to call 011 66668101 which i have tried like thousand times but always busy or they do not answer .i am so frustrated that i can't reach anybody to get things clear of what exactly happened.

Now i have recieved an email stating that they are filing a law suite against me if i do't pay in 7 days , this is rediculous ,if you can send me a legal email was it not your responsibility to write when the settlement letter that you issued was invalid why after 8 months this is happening.

Please look in this matter and clear things this is just ignorance from the bank that have issued a settlement letter and then they take it for granted that it is invalid and not to inform me about that..

I have tried to contact the debt department through the number that was provoded to me by the customer service 011 66668101 /02 . these numbers are always busy don't answer if get connected .

Regarding Fraud

The bank is giving cash only to max 30 people in a day and the rest of the amount they are using to convert black to white. An average payment by bank in a day is 4 Lakh so rest of the amount we don't have any idea. The bank open at 9:30 and balance will ends at 10:30 within 1 hour. The bank took 2 minute to serve one person so by the calculation they are serving only 30 persons. They made their own guidelines regarding money withdrawl and deposit. All people are so frustrated here but bank is not doing anything. Below are the bank details:-

Bank Manager against Govt rule taking advantage

Respected Sir, First of all i would congratulate the Govt for bold step of demonetizing. Me and my family highly appreciate this step of Shri Modi ji, our beloved PM. Sir, me and my wife are having our saving accounts in HDFC Bank, Bestech Central Square, Sushant Lok - II, Sector 57, , Gurgaon. Sir, yesterday, me and my wife stood in line for nearly an hour and then we were told that cash is expired. We came back home with no hard feelings. Today we went to our branch again at 8am in the morning and stood in line. When we were standing in the queue, we heard the branch manager Mr. Manjeet shouting on a person (customer) saying we are short of cash and we will only give 10 thousand. After listening this, me and my wife also went to Mr. Manjeet, the branch manager and requested him to allow for withdrawl of Rs 20,000, which the Government has allowed a citizen. He said "10 hazaar hi milega, lena hai toh loh nahi toh ghar jao". I told him, how can you do this to us, how can you be above the Government. He said "this is my branch and it will run as i say, ye Modi ka office nahi hai". After hearing this from such a qualified/dignified person, we came back from the branch and did not even withdraw the 10 thousand rupee, Mr. Manjeet was allowing. Sir, i hope you understand our pain and take strict action against the branch manager of HDFC Bank, Bestech Central Square, Sushant Lok - II, , Sector 57, Gurgaon, Haryana-122003.
