i made transaction in icici ATM on 7/04/2011, i didnt get cash instead it displayed collect cash within 30 sec otherwise cash will return back to machin.when i checked in mini statement it is displaying reduced amount of last transaction. i would like to knw how my cash will be refund.plz do the needful

I am Tanvi Shah, this is regarding the deduction of balance. amount of 2000 has been deducted from my account i.e. 10971610013701 and customer id is 37711246, the mini statement shows it has deducted for reliance mutual fund bt i have requested any mutual fund.
kindly help me with the same...

With effect from April 1, 2010, the minimum balance requirement for savings accounts in urban areas was revised to Rs 10, 000 and Rs 5, 000 for semi-urban areas. Any customer failing to maintain this balance is liable to pay the AQB charges. To know more about the charges applicable to your account, please visit:

ATM Problem

Please follow the below process for claiming the funds:

1. Submit a complaint /dispute letter with the issuing bank PNB branch where you hold the savings bank account.
2. The issuing Bank will then raise a charge back dispute / query on us (HDFC BANK) seeking the disputed transaction status.
3. If the transaction stands invalid as per your claim, the funds will be returned to the issuing bank, which would be credited to your account by your respective bank.

credit dispute against credit card

Respected Sir/Madam,
I just want to inform you that on 20th of Oct 2012 there was disputed transaction happened through my credit card (################) between 9:50 P.M to 10:10 P.M amount 24500. Same time called to the customer care HDFC and blocked the card. I have also logged a FIR in New colony Police Station and submitted one copy of FIR to ICICI bank New colony morh gurgaon. I have asked them to provide a cct camera footage of duration 9:45 PM to 10:10 PM of 20th of oct 2012 of ICICI ATM Bhim Nagar. Moreover I have submitted a complaint application and credit dispute form along with police FIR copy to HDFC Bank executive. Letter Ref No:- 12089311001697.
Moreover I have not received any confirmation letter or E-mail from HDFC bank regarding settlement of dispute amount, Even after multiple follow up from customer care but unfortunately nobody has solved my disputed amount ( Ref no 12308087980 , 1232274533). Beside that I will defiantly pay credit amount which was used by me.

I would be highly thankful, if you would help me to solve my credit dispute amount and other extra interest charges.
Below are the details of Dispute transaction and amount .

Refund of Credit Card overpayment

Good Morning,

There is debit of more than rupee 30000 showing on my credit card with HDFC bank since May 2011 due to overpayment. I have made several requests via email, phone, HDFC website to request for refund. For almost an year nobody responded about the process of how to get the refund or asked for ton of paperwork to substantiate that it's a valid request for refund (though I don't understand why should I needed to provide evidence as it was obvious in their own system). None the less I provided the evidences requested but I still didn't received my refund. Then I had to leave the matter as I had to travel overseas for work. In Nov 2012, I pursued the matter with HDFC again and finally they agreed to refund in form of Demand Draft by mid-december. When I made a follow up phone call to HDFC in mid-december, I was told that I would receive it by about December 26th as it got delayed due to administrative issues. When it didn't came till January 15th, I followed up again and I was told that they cannot issue a DD and hence, need my saving account number to reimburse the money. I have provided that now but has been told that I would get the money by January 31st. HDFC bank associates have given case reference number every time with a promise that "it would definitely be refunded now". I would like to get some help from judicial system or consumer court about to not only get my money but with interest for the time (1year and 7months) it was showing due on bank's side just like HDFC credit card would have charged me if I would have not paid. I also need additional compensation for harassment and trouble I have gone through to get my money. If there is a true judicial system to provide justice to a consumer, kindly let me know and I would provide all the evidence supporting my claim. Credit card

Hi

I applied for HDFC credit card 2months back i recvd 7-8 call for verification i have given all the documents, but when i am trying to know the status of my card its showing disapproved then i got one letter on my e-mail saying there is some problem with documentation I filled that form but i didnt get any confirmation for that i am waiting for last two months i think HDFC now making
fun of customers and doing verifications and all, i was told by one of your agent that i will get my women credit card within 1 working week its more than a month now and whenever i am calling your call center for them i am useless because they dont even talk to me
they always disconnect the call in between you hired such a pathetic people in you call center.

Anyhow i just wanted to know, will i get my card or not?
