MIsbehaviour with Customer

Hi,

HDFC bank employee In Sector 22 Gurgaon branch named as Rita Pandey designation Personal banker is not doing her job properly.She is not giving any attention to the Customer request or queries.She made me to wait for one hour still he was not having time to provide me few detail and she is showing that she is not interested in giving me services.Suddenly she wet away from the seat for much longer time with updatingme or informing .I am not able to understand such an attitude even i do't know her personaly.This behaviour is not acceptable i am having relation ship with HSBC and ICICI banks also but never faced such issues wih them.

personal loan reject due to cibil score

sir i had apply for personal loan but hdfc bank had reject my loan.agent of bank told me to contact cibil.sir their was previous dispute with citibank credit card from my side but now it is settel from my side since last 5 months they (CITIBANK CREDIT CARD)HAVE ISSUED ME NOC ALSO AND MY CREDIT CARD IS STILL WORKING NOW WHY MY CIBIL SCORE IS LOW...

Cheating and providing wrong information causing financial loss

I am sending this email after a disappointing inconvenience and financial loss imparted on my by the respective HDFC branch employees.

My account details is as follows,

Account No. : 06221930006191
A/C open date: 09/12/2009
Branch : SCO-7, Sector 31-32A,
Main Market,
Gurgaon, Haryana.

Name of the employees of this branch dealt with me :
1. Punit Malik (Still with HDFC)
2. Majid : (He is no more with HDFC)
3. Nidhi : (Still with HDFC)

At the time of opening account, I asked them for the type account in which after a certain amount of deposit, automatic FD is booked. Punit suggested me to open a 'Max Saving account' where the minimum deposit of 25000/- is required and when it crosses 1 Lac, FD bookings start . So I did the same. The very next day, Punit and Majid came to my house to collect the document, cheque of 25K and signatures of me and my wife (joint account) on the respective form. They assured me that the rest of the details in the form will be filled by them. This is the procedure they use to adopt with every customer (getting signature and PAN/ID/address prof and filling the rest of details in the form).

Nidhi : She is so called backup manager in the branch who forgot my form/proof submission to the headquarter after placing them in a drawer and my account opening formalities delayed by approximately 45 days.

After an year I came to know that despite the current balance exceeding 2 Lacs, no FD was booked. I talked to Nidhi and Punit regarding this matter. Both of them 'NOW' tell me that FD booking is an option, which use to be selected by ticking a box/column in the account opening form. When I asked Punit that why didn't he mention it at the time of account opening (At that time he told that FD booking is automatically done for MAX saving account), he remain unanswered. Also, if such was the option and he assured to fill the form properly, he should have checked it.
Now Nidhi/Punit says that whatever has happened in the past, "HAPPENED". HDFC shall not fulfill this financial loss, which occured to me.
The most disappointing thing was, Nidhi told that the attested copy of my PAN card was missing when retrieved account opening form/details, which I did submit to these guys.
Also, I found discrepancy in the conversation with branch and customer care. Customer care executives say that FD booking system is automated in Max Saving account, while Nidhi says a different story.
As I remain unavailable in Gurgaon during weekdays from 9 to 7, I sent my wife to the branch for the whole matter. Punit was sitting inside, chating with colleagues but refused to talk to her saying that he is busy.

This is a case of cheating and providing wrong information by HDFC employees. Why is such a loss imparted on the customer in either situations? Or , is it like I have done a mistake by choosing HDFC. I am very much hopeful that you will certainly do in favor of justifying the things regarding my financial loss.

NOC NOT RECIVIED

Though my last full and final payment was made on aug 2010 to HDFC BANK but till date I have not received the NOC for my loan account no 11629477.i try several times to customer care number of hdfc bank but nothing happen.

please i m requesting to hdfc solve my issues soon

ATM Problem

I got ATM Card from PNB Gurgaon, I went to HDFC ATM situated at Moulsary Arcade DLF Phase-III Gurgaon.on 30-08-2010 and tried three-four times to withdraw 2000/- rupees but it was declined by ATM by telling '" your transaction is declined as time out" then I asked the Guard what is the problem. he said that there is a internet problem. Then I went to ICICI Bank ATM at the same complex and withdraw 2000/- but when i updated my passbook it was found that Rs 2000 was debited in my A/C twice on 30-08-2010 where as i have withdraw only 2000 from ICICI ATM. Invalid charge

Hi,

I have been charged an amount of 827.25 for non maintainance of average quaterly balance. HDFC bank increased the average quaterly balance from 5000 to 10000 rupees i.e. by 100% and I did not receive any notification from them about them. Even bank doesn't have any proof of delivery with them as according to them it was sent by post. I have this savings account with Shankarseth branch in pune however, currently i am residing in Gurgaon.

Fraud money transfer from HDFC bank from my corporate salary account

Sir,
I have a corporate salary account opened in HDFC Bank in December, i was also issued a credit card from HDFC in November 2008 after lots of pressing from a HDFC bank personnel in Jaipur, when I was posted in Jaipur at HSBC Bank.At the time when they issued the card they assured me that their is not a single penny i have to pay to bank as long as i don't make any purchases from the card. I di'nt used the card even once till date.

It was some 20 days back, around Rs.8500 was put on hold in my account,when i tried to ask the reason for the same, the bank tried to mislead me by transferring my call from one dept. to another. It was one day when i called up customer care again, they told me that the money has been put on hold because i have some pending balance which is to be paid on my HDFC credit card,when i tried to know,for what particulars they have charged the money, firstly they regreted to disclose but after lot of force and calls from my side they said that i have opted for a HDFC policy for which they have charged the amount of which i have not recieved even a single intimation on my mail or mobile number which i mentioned in the credit card application form.

To bring in notice,the bank has debited my salary account without my permission or any information,on which i want to file a case of fraud and mental harassment on HDFC bank.

Sir, when i told them that i have'nt opted for any policy and very well remember that i have'nt ticked on any such option when i filled the form,they straightaway said now the amount have been debited from the account they cannot do anything and that is a final decision. The person i spoke to at Jaipur was Anurag Saxena (Manager-Cards collection),(93141 05629)at M.I road branch HDFC bank Jaipur.

Sir, my financial condition is not that strong niether have the capability in which i could handle a fraud of that amount.Request you to plz help me in this request and guide me accordingly so that could get my hard earned money back.

Misbehaviour (abuse word)

I am using the credit card of the HDFC bank from the long time and i was making the payment on time on regular bases.but this time there is liottle bit of late . teh problem is that without informing me they make a call on my home number and start using the abuse words which is totaly unaccepted by me . so please kindly take action action against them and help me.

disputed amount

Hi ,

I have registered complaint against the disputed amount on 10th of April.This transaction was made on 10th April around 7-7:30p.m from ATM II FIRST INDIA PLACE,GURGAON.I have entered 1000RS/- for withdrawl but received only 400RS/-.It was happened with alot of people same day.Tried fixing this problem online by calling HDFC Customer care department but they are good for nothing.Every time when i called them either they disconnected the call or tried to convienced me by saying we'll revert you on the same shortly.This is very disgusting for the customers who are availing the services of HDFC Bank.
I hope after knowing this fact the HDFC Head Quater/Customer service would take some immediate action to resolve this issue and credit the disputed amount on my account ASAP.

Regarding ATM Machine

I , Ravi Kuashik have a ATM cum Debit card of State Bank Of India .

Today i use the ATM facility at my home town Sohna of HDFC Bank Machine But
as i entered my card in to machine the guard disconnect the power line and machine was out of work. After this my card remain in the machine and discussed about that to bank employees they said can not do nothing and i was advised to make a new card.
you are requested to a effective action in this regard.

My Name is Riyaz Ahmad I have salary account with HDFC bank,i did a transaction on 20/04/10 but was showing some error, i called to HDFC customer care, there some body told me that your account has been blocked without saying any reason.then i called to Gurgaon Branch person he also replied me the same, now i am fully confused that, can i be able to withdrow money by cheques ?
please suggest me what should i do !
