My credit amount balance was deducted monthly as One Assist Mfee, which I did not know I subscribe it. Also, I did not have my ATM PIN till now because at first I lost my mobile in which the OTP was sent. I hesitate to pay the fees including late fee which amounts to INR 4,272. I wish to close the account (card no. ending in 7100) as I do not wish to pay the fee for which I do not use. I would like to speak with the supervisor to clear all my issue.

I received SMS from VK-HDFCBK on 20/03/2017 at 12:30PM stating 'One time Password(OTP) for debit card ending 1464 is ******(the number not disclosed for security of the card holder). Please use the OTP at HDFC Bank ATM language sekectuib screen to create your ATM PIN before 17 April 17'.
This OTP was received on my mobile. My family members and I do not have any debit card ending with 1464. Customer care email fascilities do not have such section for reporting wrongly receilved OTP.
Unfortunate THE debit card holder with ending number 1464 must be struggling to get proper OTP. My request to HDFC is to locate the customer and reregister his CORRECT MOBILE NUMBER as early as possible AND also create fascilities to get feedback at hdfc customer care e-mail section for mistakenly received SMS..

Hi i have requested for new debit card and it was delivered to the address in my hdfc account, which is changed currently, i asked the courier service to send to my current address , but they are saying hdfc bank has to send them an email about the new address, then only they will forward it to me, i have droped an email regarding this in netbanking mailbox, but still nothing is performed, it has been more than one week. I have received the HDFC credit card 19 days back and till now I have not received the OTP for the same. For this issue i have contacted your customer care center. From the customer care I learn that the registered mobile no. is not correct. Then i go to your branch to fill the number update from before 10days they will told me that number will be update 2or3 working days but still not updated what can i do.
