Cancelling of hdfc ergo policy

Cancellation of policy
Sir,

My HDFC ergo health Insurance policy bearing No.2952200927901200000 renewal is due on 20 December 2015. it goes on monthly premium payable through

my credit card . Now, I do not want to continue the insurance coverage. Hence, I request that the policy may please be treated as cancelled

and no premium need to be deducted beyond December 2015 .

Please stop my policy and Refund my Amount

I hope I would be contacted immediately or any communication would be sent to me.

Cancellation of policy

Sir,

My two HDFC ERGO home policy numbers are
1.Home Suraksha Plus : 2918200164457500000
2.Sarv Suraksha Plus. : 2950200179693700000
These policies linked with my HDFC home loan,I closed my HDFC home loan last month and I submitted all documents related for cancellation of these two policies at Chennai Teynampet branch,till now they didn't close my policies.please stop my policies and refund my account.i have send scanned copy of my crossed cheque also.

Hard copy of insurance not received

I got insurance of my car, but I have not received hard copy of insurance copy. I followed up for more than a month. Each time when I call them they tell us that it will be delivered in next day.
please help

my credit card ################. Now, I do not want to continue the insurance coverage. Hence, I request that the policy may please be treated as cancelled

and no premium need to be deducted beyond June2015 please. Now they have deducted the policy amount Rs. 1130 (approx) from my credit card. I don't want this policy as I don't find it beneficial.

Please stop my policy and Refund my Amount

cancell my Hdfc health ergo policy

I took the Hdfc health ergo policy 2 weeks back. I want to cancel my policy now. But the representative is telling that we have given income tax crrtificate . we cannot cancel now. If we cancel 35% cancellations has to pay. Is it true. If it is not please cancel my policy. I have few other policies from my company side.

delay of claim settlement

I myself Chandrasekhar H dubey want to complaint
Against Hdfc Ergo General Insurance Co. Ltd.
After submission of all required documents they
are delaying the claim settlement.

Hdfc Claim no : RR-HS14-10275717

As during issuing policy they give a word to client
that claim is settled in 11 working days and now its
Almost 22 days have passed,they are trying to
planningly to delay the claim procedure by
asking the bank details which I have already
Provided.

OK the other document they are asking for
Pay slip,Appointment letter which is irrelevant
Docs for claim process.Not even taking responsibility
to quickly reply the clients query.

I am totally disappointed from the service
of Hfdc Ergo.

Please don't renew the HDFC Ergo policy and cancel immediately my policy no. 59732989 as Iam already having health insurance from my working company.

Policy renewal

Hi,

Myself Shoukat Shaikh, want to complain about HDFC ERGO health policy auto renewal from my HDFC credit card.

Policy number: HR07042010000898

After repeatedly and explicitly telling HDFC ERGO representative (when they have called me twice or thrice for confirmation of renewal) that I no longer want to continue with this policy any more, I got an SMS from "TD-HDFCERGO" with below message

"Dear Customer,as per your tel.confirmation we will debit your credit card a/c for health renewal HR07042010000898 in next 3 days. Pls maintain sufficient bal."

Which is pure lie, on the contrary I had always said not to renew my policy, has these insurance company stooped so low and use lying and deciet to extract money from customers?
