HOME LOAN

I Have Taken Home loan from HDFC Before 7 yrs At & 7.5 % variable there after the interest % was rise up to 11%
& now down to 10% but to reduce the rate HDFC charges about RS 2500 where as while Increasing the rate they not
inform us , at lest they should inform us. Is it legal to charge for reducing Interest rates

Wave of AQD Charges of Amount Rs 827.25 + 827.25 + 827.25 + 798.05

No information about credit card

I got a call from one of your agents (deeksha -9060388153) asking if I need a Credit card, I said yes and she sent an agent to collect documents. The agent picked up my passport copy, office ID copy, salary slip and a passport photo. He said, I will receive a sms with confirmation number once filed. I never received one till date. Its been more than 10 days, and I tried to contact the lady who called me. She is not responding to my calls. I called the customer service to check and they inform that no information/record was found regarding my card. So, I am concerned about my information rather than the card. What if my information is misused??? Are you going to pay for any loss/damage/problem??? How will customer again trust you with this sort of agents?? I am never going to use any of your services, I would advice people I know as well that your service agents are the worst!!!

Bad services

HDFC staff acts as roadside footpath vendors by confusing customers and earning through penalty and fines. I was cheated by not clearly communication on minimum balance of Rs 25000 which I thought to be Rs 10000 and now paying sometimes a kind of charges. They force people to by unnecessary policies and other investments but do not listen to simple requests if it is not in their flavor to get commissions.
NSDL PAN is displaying HDFC bank name for cheque payment and online payment but they are not accepting cheques for these services. and online payment is also malfunctioning or disabled.

They did'nt open an zero balance official account on simple excuses which can be rectified easily.

CAN Reserve Bank of India, NSDL PAN etc review their way of working that is causing lot of mental tension
