AM CHETHAN T C, I HAVE APPLIED CREDIT CARD (28/05/2015) TO HDFC (REF NO.15053012250020S2) BUT THEY WERE NOT APPROVED FOR ME ONLY BUT THEY ARE G BUT GIVE TO OUR ALL COMPANIES EMPLOYEES BUT I DON'T NO EXACTLY WHY THE ARE NOT GIVE ME BUT OUR EMPLOYEES ARE ALSO GETTING MY SAME SALORY SO PLEASE YOU HAVE TO WHAT IS THE REASON FOR NOT APPROVED ME FOR THE CREDITCARD.

i would like to bring to your kind notice that while I was paying my LIC premium of Rs.12802.00 online through my hsbc credit card on 06/04/2015 and also i got the receipt.
After some time is automatic paid by HDFC credit card -12713 on 11/04/2015

Unwanted debit

Fixed deposit receipt

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have done fixed deposit on 2/March/2015 in BTM branch. Sales execute was pushing me to invest on some other plan. I was not interested to invest on the plan what they had suggested. I need to submit the FD receipt my office before 9/Mar/2015 for Tax saving purpose. I am not getting the response Whenever I approach HDFC branch. Kindly help me to get the receipt on 10/Mar/2015 first half otherwise no use of investing it & cancel my FD and return the full amount with out deduction.

AMB charges

Hi, I am Prasant Sahoo from Bangalore. Many times they have deducted money for AMB charges and after giving a complaint they had also returned the same. But why they are deducting money without any proper calculation? Today after a repeated number of emails and telephone interactions, she was also surprised when she realized that the minimum balance was well maintained, but the bank has charged the AMB charge.

Think once. They are cheating people and if anyone complains, then they are telling it was a system issue. If i could not have observed that, then definitely my money would have gone. So my special request to all, check your HDFC bank regularly otherwise they can deduct so many hidden charges. No faith on HDFC.

NEFT Online Fund Transfer Failed

14th May-2014 made the transaction from HDFC to beneficiary account (account holder of the SBM bank), amount is not received in beneficiary account.
through call register the complain in HDFC but no use. even i had inquired in the SBM bank also, they said, we have not received the amount

really i don't know what to do on this?

Unwanted Deduction of amount

Contact no. not changed in Credit Card

I had opted for change of my registered contact no. for my HDFC Credit card. I was told to submit a "contact no. change form" to any HDFC ATM Drop Box with Chennai Credit Card Division Address written on it and the same would be done by 7-10 working days, I did the same on 04/06/2013.
I inquired about the status on 8th and 9th of June and also asked how do I know whether I need to submit it again? But I was told not to worry since I had submitted in HDFC ATM Drop Box that will be done by any means.
After waiting for 19 days, on 23rd June I inquired about the status and I was told that my no. had not been updated.
Now I am asked to submit the form again.
Now my question is if they have not updated the no. they should have intimated me via E-mail for resubmission of the form,
How do they ensure me if I resubmit the form again it will be done this time without any fail?

Marketing Calls

Though I am DND on Airtel and I don't get marketing calls from anyone but HDFC, I get all the calls possible from HDFC for various products such as Personal Loan, Credit card, Investment etc on a daily basis, one thing is for sure that I would never deal with HDFC anytime in my life however their daily calls are becoming a pain, please address.

AMB charges

My name is Nethra and HDFC guys deducted twice amount of rupees 280.90/- from my savings account saying as AMB charges” I just want to know why it is deducted. If they are doing wrong can HDFC people refund it back to my savings account?

not received credit card

I have applied for hdfc credit card long back, I got a reference number #13041016443760S2 on 13th of April. I got one more message on the same day saying that 'your credit card is approved in principle and final status will be communicated shortly'. Still I have not received my credit card, when I check online with my ref number, it says 'in process'. This is totally unacceptable.

CIBIL Issue

HDFC Team,
Last year I took the HDFC credit card no:################, along with I have taken health Insurance policy(ERGO) which I suppose to pay RS700 PM. I did not pay for 3 months then I tried to purchase some thing from my card then I came to know that the card has been blocked. When I spoke to Customer Care Executive they informed that since I was not paying the premium for the Insurance so they have deducted the amount from my card and blocked my card along with the heavy interest without my knowledge
I sent a mail to the Customer Service Team to cancel the Health Insurance Policy and also to check and rectify and unblock the card. They understood my request and they cancelled the Policy I got a letter regarding the same and they issued new card to me NO: ############ 8632.
Now I am using the new card and pay the bills on time.
When I tried to apply for a loan they have rejected my application stating that I have CIBIL issue with my Credit Card. I spoke to the HDFC bank representative he is not willing to help me in any way to sort out my CIBIL issue. Due to this CIBIL case it is affecting my personal and professional work.
Kindly help to overcome this issue and please do the needful

CREDIT CARD MISSUSED ON LINE

I register one site for work from home option. i planned to pay the money through the online, but without asking the pasword the money is detected my accounts. again 2nd transaction happened without my permission at all. then i block the card.
I lost the money for first transaction Rs.3921 and 2nd transaction it is happened by Rs.2632.
I want to comlinat on this issue. Please make me the suggetion on this.

I have got the card blocked due to frequent fraudulent actions on HDFC credit card.

I have tried contacting the hdfc services for multifactor authentication, but it seems that multifactor authentication is not available.

Fraud Transaction on Credit Card

I have raised FIR against the theft as HDFC guys expect "7 working days" for cardholder dispute form to get accepted.

Surprisingly, I got the email statement today and the transaction wasn't hidden from there. In fact, the amount was Rs 92926.29
At the moment of fraud, I asked them to cancel the credit card. But, they issued a new credit card and charged extra Rs 3654.42 on name of various fees and taxes.

Fraud Transaction on Credit Card

On 29/10/2012 22:51, I received two SMS saying that my credit card has been used for transactions -
1. Frankfurt at Luthansa - Rs. 91,697.37
2. MRS BS Cupboard at Pekin - Rs. 110.96

Please note that there was no confirmation from me before approval of this transaction.

I confirm that these transactions are fraudlent and I haven't participated in any of these transactions. I also confirm that I have my credit card with me. On calling HDFC customer care, they blocked the credit card immediately but, asked me to fill cardholder dispute form and drop it in the given drop box (which I don't have receipt). I am not seeing any progress on this as this form is yet to reach Chennai and then investigation will start. They are even not ready to hide disputed transaction from the next bill.

Its a huge amount have lost my peace of mind and hence, reporting this complaint.
