Not processing refund for 4 months

Hi my name is Yogender D Prabhu,
HDFC Smart Buy has not issued my refund for a flight ticket that was rescheduled by airline from last 4 months.
The flight ticket was booked via the HDFC mart Buy portal on Vistara and with Yatra.com as agent.
Both Vistara and Yatra.com have issued the refunds and it is pending with HDFC to credit back to my card.

I am yet to receive the refund for my flight booking with PNR : OOCHIU booked via Smartbuy.
The airline issued a refund as the flight was rescheduled. ( This was before the lockdown period)
Yatra reference number :############
Yatra has confirmed the refund and now it is only from HDFC that I need the refund to be processed.

Attached confirmation for your reference from Vistara and Yatra about the refund being issued from them.

The refund was issued on 20 March 2020 and it's been 4 months now.

I have tried sending multiple emails and calling their customer care numbers but no response.
