My Notebook warranty got expired on 19 July 2016 and hence i approached HP Toll Free Number for the Warranty Extension and HP forwarded my request to ARM Infoserve (I) Pvt. Ltd. is authorized Business Partner of HP & Lenovo to sell HP & Lenovo Carepacks (warranty extension Packs) for HP & Lenovo range of products.

Accordingly ARM InfoServe Quotation i paid the amout 6000 for years 2yr warranty Extension HP Carepack from the date of expiry. In the same email in Terms and condition point number 3 they clearly mentioned "All Hardware parts will be covered in warranty extension except Battery , charging adopter" .

Ø ONSITE support you will have to log a complaint at HP Service Toll free number & engineer will come to your place.
Ø All Hardware parts will be covered in warranty extension except Battery , charging adopter.
Ø Certificate of Carepack from HP will be provided within 7 to 10 days from the date of order Confirmation.
Ø Payment 100% advance.
Ø Payment to be made in favor of ARM Infoserve India Pvt. Ltd.
Ø Services will be provided by Principle Company.

Then on 19th Jan 2017 i logged the case with HP for two issues 1) My Keyboard not working and second my LCD screen has around 8 white spots. The case Number is CASE:4781812017
Since then they resolved my keyboard issue only for which they took almost one month and LCD screen white screen issue still not resolved. I decided not to give up and keep on engaged in continue to cold war with HP Customer Care and CRT Team. I clearly told them that ARM InforServer is authorised Service Partner Of HP who gave me on written email that entire laptop will be covered under warranty except battery and adapter the how come my LCD white spot issue not covered. HP tried to convert my LCD white spot issue to defective due to unintentional damage.
And HP daily repeat the same things
As discussed , We would like to reiterate the fact that ,as per HP limited Warranty statement, the standard warranty does not extend to any HP hardware product that has been rendered defective due to unintentional damage. The part is not eligible for replacement as per warranty obligation for the reported display issue . Further to this, the unit would be repaired under chargeable basis and as an exception we can provide best possible discount on the part price.

I regular watch CNBC Awaaz Pahredaar show where found the voice of common man considered and will get justice. I trust these and expecting a good outcome of this.
