I signed up for an account on 18 November and the website states a seven day free trial then the card with be charged. After checking the site I found it to be not useful so I unsubscribed from the service on the same day. I found my credit card charged with USD 39.00 on the same day I unsubscribed even though it states that the service is free for seven days.
I sent an e mail and returned back with a delivery failure although that email is stated as their formal means of communication in their privacy and policy section for disputes. I requested a refund on their site through the customer support section and received no response from them.
