Issue with PCB and Mother Board Kashikoi 5100X

We have bought the split last year in Jun 2018, since 1st there is an issue with cooling, everytime we complaint technician visited on service request and made excuses, this year once the free service are all utilized, the technician charged 900 rs for service and again said there is no issue with A.C. on my service complaint made in May 2019 went unattended as the technician assigned was on Id holiday. After reporting the issue with the escalation team, technician said there is an issue with PCB and mother board and gas is also not appropriate. Mother board and PCB are in warranty however for gas I have to pay bear the expenses. After this update there has been no call from Hitachi on when the parts are going to be changed. The complaint number for the same is 19070800984. I have called the call centre several times but there has been no communication from Hitachi. It is been more than 20 days.The escalation matrix on service issues is also useful, you don't care about customer issues. All the contact numbers provided by call centre agent are not working, some of the numbers are 8558814251, 8558814252. If these numbers are not working why service agents share these numbers. It is like I have a made a mistake in buying A.C this time.Very disappointed with the service provided by this over hyped A.C selling company.

WORST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT

I bought Hitachi Window AC 1.5 ton on 26.04.2019. Its only 3 months over and facing many issues. I registered one complaint on 25.07.2019, junior technician visited on 26.07.2019 and told that there is fault in ACs PCB and told technical team will visit and replace the said part. Technical team has not responded till date. We are calling again and again to Customer care support but still no resolution. for cross verification, put my contact no in your database, you will get complete information.

In last 3 months, we had faced two three issue related to AC. Last time when your technician came for servicing, ACs flap was broken by your technician only. for that replacement also, it took 1 week to get it replaced.This is the condition of so called good brand in the market 'Hitachi'. Very much disappointed with HITACHI product and service.

Hitachi inverter AC

I am using Hitachi inverter ACs. Every second month the AC fails. The 4 year old AC developed gas leakage for second time in 3 months. It took 5 days for Hitachi service situated in Kolathur Chennai to plug the leak. On the 5th day during installation the technician noticed that the service centre has forgotten to fill gas in the AC unit. Another hour passed as the gas was filled. Now the technician noticed that power supply to the unit has failed. So some more time for reconnecting the wires. But the AC unit still will not work. So after 4 hours of work all that technician could say was that , during the process of plugging the gas leakage at Hitachi service centre, the service personnel should have mixed up the wiring to the compressor. So the solution is wait for one more day for another technician who can resolve this problem. That day is today Sunday July 28, 2019. This is Hitachi a reputed brand.

For the records. Between April - July 2019 my Hitachi inverter split ACs has been down for 4 weeks. Resolution of a compliant by Hitachi service is 4-7 days.

Spend wisely by not buying Hitachi ACs.

Breakdown of AC

I have purchased a Hitachi AC in April 2019,Due to breakdown of AC i lodged a complain 3 times at first when i lodged complain (19071500569) service engineer came & without Checking the AC he told me that there is some electricity problem thats why there is problem in AC,& he kept my case in Pending mode,I called my electrician & got checked my whole house electricity there was no problem with the electricity of my house.I tried to contact the person who visited my house he denied to come & suggested to lodge another complain than i again lodged a complain(19071506734) there was no response from the person assigned for the said complain & after few days i found the complain no. closed .Than again i lodged a complain (19071902571) than one person from service center came & told me that there problem with Indore unit there is fault in 1 part of AC which we need to replace & he assured me that he will send request for replacement of that part,Till date i am waiting for that person to come with the required part of AC many times i have contacted Customer care Also i lodged complain to Connect to Management From Level 1 to Level-3 but no response from there,Today when i called up customer care than one Lady Miss Mushkan told me that you have raised issue to connect to management So i can not provide any solution from here,Than told her to kindly connect me to your senior than she told me that there is no senior to whom she can connect,I repeatedly told her that this is 1st customer care i am calling where there is no senior,
Now i feel regret of buying Hitachi AC, & i am unable to understand that where should i contact for repair of my AC,So i am asking you that where i can get resolution.

AC not working

Hi Team,

I am a Hitachi window AC user. I recently bought a window AC, which unfortunately broke down within 3 months. I lodged a complaint for the same on 14 Jul 2019 and the call number for the complaint is 19071400014. I was told by the technician that it would take 5-7 days for him to arrange the required part. I called up the service centre after 7 days and was told that the part is not available and they are arranging and when I asked how much time more will it take I was told ASAP. Can anybody in Hitachi please tell me the definition of ASAP. Does ASAP mean 1 day or 1 week or 1 month or 1 year. I called back again on 23 Jul 2019 and was told by the customer executive that he is escalating my complaint and its been over 24 hours and I haven't received any call back or a mail or even a message acknowledging my request.

I just wanted to thank you for this experience, as it made me realise how pathetic your customer service is. Kindly help me understand one thing, will it be possible for you to repair my AC or should I just throw it in trash?

I hope to get a reply for my question soon and not get a mail saying you will get back to me ASAP.
