We had complained to the the costumer care a dozen of times but unfortunately or no one has tried to solve our complaint. Please solve it fast otherwise i will take some uncertain steps against the costumer care of the company.

Htachi 5 star window ac

This is the 3 class company. it is the worst company i have ever seen.I have purchased a 5 star ac a month back there was no cooling. we complained at the customer care firstly they do not pick up the phone secondly if they pick up the they tell that they have lodged the complain and they will contact us they but they do not. We have to complain 4-5 times in a day still they do not reply. So i recommend that don't take Hitachi product and there is no service of this company and within one month my ac is is being replaced and from the day one the second hitachi ac is not working it oneself ons and offs after 2 mins.if we will not get the service immediately or response we will go to the consumer court against hitachi as we have spend 32 thousand on the ac.

Hitachi

This is to bring to your notice that i am using a hitachi window air conditioner, bought 2 years back.
I am a resident of Shalimar Bagh , New Delhi. (North Delhi)
My A/C is not working well from the last few days. On 24/05/2013, I had submitted my complaint to your centre (Complaint no. 13052301376) that was attended to by S.S. Enterprises, Nehru Enclave, Alipur, New Delhi.

Mr. Vikas had come to my place but was UNABLE to find a fault. He charged his visit of Rs. 330 and told me that he would attend to all calls in 1 month.
However, our AC was still not working and Mr. Vikas refused to come when I called him again.
I submitted a repeat complaint to your service centre on 25/05/2013, and was told that Mr Vikas is deputed for my complaint, and that my complaint would be attended to within 8 working hours.
Its 27/05/2013 today, and my complaint has still not being attended to.
I called up Mr. Vikas again, but he again refused to come.

I feel harassed and extremely disappointed by the service from Hitachi.

Kindly, do the needful as soon as possible

Hitach service - Poor

I purchased a new Hitachi AC and it's not working.

Installation people were not even 10th pass.

I purchased this AC from Raj Electronics, R. K. Puram, N. Delhi and they promised that installation will be done by company people.

But they sent some idiots. They were trying Jugaad technology and i asked them not to try that.

Such a poor service by Hitachi and its delaer - Raj Electronics.

POOR SERVICE

With reference to Complaint No: 13050700360, it’s been 15 times I am doing a follow up with Hitachi Customer Care and each time response I get is –“our technician will call you in 1hr/4hr/8hr” and all sorts of nonsense.

My next step would be circulate this experience across all corporate office, social network and forms so that people should be aware of real face behind Hitachi brand name

I haven't seen such a worst service in my life.

no cooling & poor service

My new 1.2 T Split AC (Follow me) installed on 21st Apr'13. It was under scheme of free installation. During installation the technician charged me Rs.1000/- for bracket of external unit and explain it is Rs.1000/- for free installation customers and Rs.750/- for chargeable installation customers. After 10 days it stopped cooling and after complaining on 6th May'13 another technician came on 7th afternoon and told that gas removed from external unit due to may be faulty installation and by 7th evening he'll come again and refill the same. Then till 8th afternoon no technician attend the same and at evening after repeated follow up from customer service center unit Mr. Nazeem (9311113192) replied, "we 've lot of customers not a single like you, don't call repeatedly, by today evening your problem will be solved." After few minutes Mr. Nazeem informed that not today, on 9th morning our technician will attend you & today till 3pm nobody attend it. So, the kind of service and quality of material Hitachi provides people is really horrible and my kind request to the company management to monitor your service centres tightly to keep your brand good will in the market if from company's end your intention is not to harass your customer.

Discussed with Mr. Amod Shukla, Area Manager, he ensured to rectify problem today.
On 12/6/2012 Hitachi engineer visited with PCB card, he told that this card in not for this model, he will come tomorrow with correct PCB card.


The situation is same after 10 days, after too many discussions with Hitachi officials, four visits of Hitachi Engineers and mails to HITACHI customer care.

There is no response from Customer Care; I have discussed these issues with a lot of Hitachi officials as one forward to other like Mr Deepak, Retail Sales Officer, Mr Mohit, Mr Ganesh. Yesterday 11-06-2012 night the compressor is not working properly the same problem exist, while yesterday Hitachi engineer ensure that AC will work properly and fan will work after changing new PBC.

At present we have issues-

1. * Compressor trip

2. * Compressor noise

3. * Fan speed

I am attaching AC bill with this mail, we are suffering in the peak summer season since purchase date while regularly perusing our problem to you. But we are not getting any proper response and solution till now. You are requested to replace this AC immediately; we have no option to go media and consumer court.

We have purchase a 1.5 Tone 3 star Hitachi Window AC on 4th June 2012 from Sunil Refrigeration Works, 9 Netaji Subash Marg, Darya Ganj, New Delhi 110 002. This AC was installed on the same day and checked. When we switched on AC in night, we found that after 3 minutes compressor became and trip just after ½ minutes again after 3 minutes compressor became up and trip.



We talk about this to Mr Sharma from Sunil Refrigeration Works; they give us a mobile number to contact Mr. Deepak and Mr Ganesh. We also register our complain at customer care, complain no: 12060502485 that complain was attended on 7th June 2012. The Hitachi engineer told that there was some connect loose at front panel, he pressed and makes tight, he ensure that now it will work properly.



But after that the problem was same. Again we registered complain at customer care on 10th June 2012, complain no 12061001128, that complain was attended on 11th June 2012. The new Hitachi engineer told that there are some connections of compressor was loose, he make tight inside the compressor now it will work properly.



We asked them AC fan is also not working properly, that work on the same speed as we make its speed low, medium or high. After checking, Hitachi engineer told that there is PCB card problem, we will replace it tomorrow or day after tomorrow.



AC compressor’s noise is too loud compare to other AC compressor.



We have purchase a best brand AC (HITACHI), but we are suffering since purchase (last one week). You are requested to replace this AC with a proper tested AC (with proper connection & PCB etc) at the immediate. Regarding this if you have any query, pl. mail me or call me at 9818103125.

Defective A/C

I purchased 3 Hitachi A/Cs in September 2011. One of the A/cs is giving trouble right from first day. Although I have lodged many complaints but the problem still remains unresolved, Even the customer care has stopped listening now and nobody is coming after lodging complaint for defect or even service during warranty. Even emails sent to customer care are getting no response. Nobody should buy Hitachi..
