a/c hold at service center complaint no 18052906913
my a/c was still hold at Aermec sales & service Delhi I also personal visit at service center yesterday but still my a/c was not Ready & when i i talk to Mr Suresh He told me that in my a/c condenser coil was leak & was damage inside the coil & Condenser Coil was not in our stock (VERY HAPPY TO HEAR ) that A BIG CO /BIG BRAND SALE MILLIONS OF WINDOW A/C IN DELHI HITACHI KAZE MODEL KUD 318 IN DELHI & company had out of stock of spares it was horrible that Hitachi want to sell there products & not serious about customer service if any of parts in these a/c found faulty not a single condenser coil was available in Hitachi co. it was very poor i think Hitachi cheated there customer to sell these products which spares are out of stock or not available at service centers very very poor but ok i personally trace the area sales manager ph no Mr Harendra Singh from my own efforts & today i had a talk with him after many efforts

AC Not working- Customer Care not helping
My registration number is 18052409517. I complain it on 24th-may-2018 executive came on 25th-may-2018 said Gas Problem and Fan capacitor need to replace took 500/- service charge didn’t turn up, on the same day another Technician came with gas cylinder and said there is another issue, seems to be power panel issue, we will be come next day and repair it. They have open the panel cord. Now Our Ac is not switching ON. it is in open condition (panel cord). from that day we are calling continuously to Hitachi customer care but not yet received any reply.

Poor service
We have purchased 1.5 ton window ac last year and the cooling is really pathetic. The ac is under warranty and the service people's are declining to replace it . Hitachi is such a big brand and the service is really pathetic.
The cooling is really bad i want it to be replaced because it's defected product .

Dear Team,
We have purchased 1.5 ton window ac last year and it it's under warranty period we want to change it because the cooling it's very bad but hitachi people's are not at all cooperating . They have visited twice to our place and checked the ac according to them there is no problem in ac but then ehy it is not cooling . Can you guys please explain is it our fault that we select to buy hitachi ac ????
Hitachi ac price is more than Samsung or any other ac but it's a very bad service that you guys should offer .

Installation ........ or lack of
Pathetic! +91 63814 32586 The number given to call once the AC is delivered. Please don’t waste your time calling, cause they will never answer regardless of how many hundred times you call. infact one time the person even disconnected my phone. Finally the lady picks up the calls (most likely by mistake) has the courage to say they never pick up the calls as it’s always ringing. Must be tons of customers like me calling. So if you bought a Hitachi make sure the phone is with you 24x7 and you answer else you’ll never get the AC installed. If you are in no hurry to get it installed then buy a Hitachi and don’t bother calling them cause they will not answer!!
