Misbehavior, misconduct during service

This is regarding unethical and abusive language used by Service Delivery manager (Gajender Tyagi) at Axon Honda, Ghaziabad.
The words being used by him “to ab kra dete h kya dikkt h”, “Jo ho ske vo krle or jisse khana h use khle”.
Thought I am experiencing the after sale service issues since beginning but never raised, but it’s high time now and water is over the head
Below is explanation for the incident details on 9th Mar’ 19:
I gave my car (DL7CQ-1157) 15 days back i.e. 24th Feb’ 2019 to Axon Honda for repair as I had an accident and car got damaged on the front bumper, back bumper and Boot-Door Cap.
I was expecting updates from Honda either on email, message or phone on every step but I had to follow up my own for the progress. Finally, I got a call on 8thMarch’ 19 to come for pickup as the car is complete. When I went there and looked at the car it was incomplete, the alignment of dickey was not in line, paint was lying inside the dickey here and there and the change parts was like its not new as there was no finishing.
While asked the engineer about such unfinished parts there they said company is sending such parts. Its not expected from Honda. Even front bumper was untouched. On first place I was committed to change the same (for which is have solid proof) even when I went there for pickup the car it was untouched and they said it was not covered under insurance, for which I didn’t get any information and nobody even bothered to tell. This is what commitment is, as I understand the service industries work on the commitments.
For the matter above when I discussed the issue with Service Delivery Manager (Gajender Tyagi), he was speaking like we are not customer to Honda we are there to ask him to provide some donation.
When I asked why I was being called for pickup and why the car is not ready even after 15 days he said “to ab kra dete h kya dikkt h” and when I said I will make complaint against Axon Honda he replied “Jo ho ske vo krle or jisse khana h use khle”.
Seems like as a customer we don’t have any other work and just have to come again and again to Honda.
I want an immediate action against Gajender Tyagi from your end and inform me about the same.

1. Car was given to them on 24th Feb’ 2019, however the same wasn’t completed until 9th Mar’ 2019
2. Misconduct on the part replacement as the same looks refurbished parts rather new.
