Fly wheel complaint

Sir,
I had purchased a honda city from penensular honda , karyavattom, trivandrum after searching and checked many reviews ,and i compared it with other sedan brands like maruti suzuki ciaz, hyundai verna , toyota yaris . After all my searches i had came to a conclusion that i am going to purchase Honda city becase of the brand value and the quality which you are ensuring to the consumers , thats the reason i finalised honda as my brand.

The car has done below 1500 kms . When i drive in the traffic i heard a sond from the engine bay i dont know what is happening then i checked the sound and it is coming at the time the cluch releases. i took the car to the showroom and they were also not able to find out the problem and told me that they have to condact peoples from delhi then only they can identify the problem . i dont have another car to use. The car has been in the service centere for 1 week . They called me today and told that the sound is from the fly wheel inside the gear box ,and i know the gear box is a part which is connected or inside the engine , and if the engine is to be opened it is not acceptable for me because its brand new and it losts its value and i cant sold the car to someone else in the future ,they gonna ask me that why the engine or gear box has opened within 1500 km .The resale value of the car will be lost.

I am wondering that the complaint is from a brand new car which has done below 1500 kms. This is not the quality i had expected from a reputed brand like this . Total disatisfaction from the brad. I dont want to waste my money that i had sped for my car .now I think its better to choose maruti suzuki ciaz rather than choosing honda. This issue is totally a manufacturing defect.

I had also seen a social media post that a custor who is using an MG HECTOR has faced some foul smell from the interior . The service centere peoples came and took the car and the also gave him Rs 2000 daily for the inconvenience he has faced till thel deliver the vehicle . They value their customers.

If this complaint was from any other parts apart from the engine side it will be okay for me by replacing the damaged part, but this issue is from the car' gear box which is major part of the engine.

See, i can't even tell this issue to my relatives ,my neighbour my friends, because as you know they will make fun off me.iam really sorry i can't accept that. Hopping that the you take this as an important issue and will resolve this soon.

Tyre busted

I have purchased Honda city vehicle from Perfect Honda dated 30-09-2017 invoice no 516 and it was hardly only 1 and half months.tiday when I was driving suddenly I felt that there was some problem with wheels.i stoped the car and found that air totally gone from the car and also found that wheels busted and totally damaged.<br>
Suddenly I want to inform to your showroom and tried in this particular number which was available in your website&nbsp; on 3.20pm, a lady picked the call and I had briefly described all the problems and have enquired about ur complaint mail id so that i can send a mail about my concerns.she was saying she can&apos;t give explanation how this occurred as I didn&apos;t required any explanation from her. Not only this she refused to give me the mail id of dealership.i don&apos;t know why your are keeping such a staff who can&apos;t address our issue properly. Requesting you to kindly provide me the mail id to whom I should address my concerns

Honda recalls 58k City cars over faulty engine component in India

Referring to the above link, I came to know that my vehicle also needs service. I'm following with the dealer since date, and every time they say that this is under process and I'll get a call from you. Till now no calls. If Honda is unable to service the clients, why they need to give such a notification in a daily?
