When I bought my Honda Hornet 160r bike on Feb 2019, there was compliant on switch control set and seat locking system. I was mentioned that from initial stage of service. Ex:. Like there was a manufacturing defect on these two parts. I need assistance on this. And they put spray on the switch and seat locking system. But I didn't get any solution on this, everytime I mentioned this complaints to the service executives. There is service records also. Now they told me like I have replace the total switch control. I need to pay for this problem.
Why I need to pay for the manufacturing defect parts. If I will not get the solution for this. I will escalate this problem to higher level. I hope I will get the solution here.
