Hotel Pavillion is being constructed without any Approval of the maps and does not have its own Septic Tank ,illegally the work is on at their premises and is continuing from last one year ,so many times MDDA officials have come to stop the work ,but they do not listen and continue to work. It is right on the mall Road ,the most prestigious area of the hills. It will not only violate the essence of space but also it will spoil the skyline and beauty of the hills from the mall road.
This site even throws the muck in the valley because they do not have the sewer of their own.which is grossly in violation of National Green Tribunal that the muck is being thrown in the valley .
It is therefore requested that MDDA should intervene and stop the construction with immediate effect and save the sanctity of the beautiful hill by exercising its powers
