Water overflow in complete area from past one year please help in getting resolve

in front of all residents of housing board sector 48 goons captured green belt of the sector 48 and build 50 shops in that palce,but despite several complaints to hudda office which includes DC,ADMINISTRATOR,ESTATE MANAGER,ENFORCEMENT DEPARTMENT,SDO,JE.NO BODY DARE TO TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM NOW WE DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO AND WHERE TO GO,IT SEEMS LIKE WE ARE RESIDING AS A SLAVES IN OUR DEMOCRATIC COUNTRY,

we are resident of sector 48 housing board colony and there is a space for green belts which is being encourhed by some goons and they are building shops over there.
