Faulty AC compressor in i20 top model

My i20 top model car HR 51 BD 2092 bought from Mahadev hundai Faridabad in 2015 and regularly serviced there ,is having some serious manufacturing issue or fault in its AC compressor
Since I bought the car I had been complaining about proper cooling but some how it was managed by workshop till the warranty was over and then I was asked to change the compressor. When I raised the complaint then and it was changed in 2017 . After some time it again started giving cooling problem. Car was sent to Mahadev but somehow after cleaning it was sent Back to me. Cooling was giving repeated problem till recently when it started to shut off automatically.
Again when it was sent to work shop I was asked to change the complete system of AC including 2-3 coils and filters and compressor as there was too much of carbon inside the pipe line.
Sir I want to draw your attention that hundai cars are having some serious problem in the AC system.
Previously I was having I-10 . Due to repeated problems in AC I had to sell the car just in 4.5 years.
We were not willing to buy hundai but some how we bought i20 top model assuming that probably it will not give at least problem in AC but we were wrong. We are seriously thinking to get rid of problematic hundai cars.
We had other cars Maruti zen and Honda and we never have faced this type of problems. My other friends having hundai are facing problems in AC just after two years of purchase.
I visited Mahadev hundai and was shocked to see that the whole pipeline and condenser was full of carbon as if something has burnt inside.
It was really shocking to know from two of my known people who runs a big garage in Faridabad and Delhi that this model of most of the i20 cars are having similar problem because the compressor in this model is faulty (as per them). They said that they never recommend to buy i 20. Even the service engineer of hundai said that this has happened because of compressor fault.
We buy high end cars and follow your servicing schedule for problem free running and safe driving but I have suffered the same trauma twice with this car and many a times with my older i10.
Thank god that no fire broke out because of this AC compressor and we are safe.
If hundai is supplying this type of substandard faulty compressor which is not working even for two years then you should recall all cars of this models and rectify it.
Sir i request you to kindly look into this serious matter and give resolution. I am not ready to spend single paisa on AC system . If proper resolution is not provided we will be forced to sell this car and never go for any hundai cars neither recommend it to anyone.

Regarding delay in refund

I have purchased Hundai i20 Sportz from Subdealer (at Shahdol M.P.) of Starline Hyundai Satna. The vehicle was delivered on 19-03-11. I had paid Rs 10000 as booking amt and my financer the SBI Shahdol paid Rs 560500 to Satrline Hundai thus aggregating to Rs. 570500. The sub dealer had offered me the car at Rs 540000 and Insurance amt. Rs 15575 (they have been provided me the Insurance Policy of the same amt.) and a discount of Rs 4000. In this way the sub dealer should refund me an amt of Rs 18925. The sub dealer offered me to get the vehicle registered at RTO with refunded amt and difference amt paid by me. Now I am waiting for the refund since two months. My vehicle’s temporary registration has also been expired and RTO office has to levy a late fee of almost Rs 5000. Though the sub dealer has assured me to bear the late fee in registration but observing previous record I am not sure of the same. Please arrange to get refunded my exess paid amt at the earliest.
