No water supply to satya nagar near new marutinagar chaitnyapuri for the last one month..Complained to the concerened authorities several times but there is no supply and no action.

I am writing this complaint on behalf of the Amber Nagar Katta residents. My name is D. Rammurthy, social worker of the colony. All the residents at this basti are facing heavy water scarcity, water provided at irregular intervals, no proper water force for the one hour provision time. Our complaints and calls done to the water works has been badly neglected by the officials and not taken any serious actions till date.

We have noticed that the actual water force is diverted to the low-lying areas around our colony houses but the Amber Nagar katta residents are getting very very less pressure and unable to fill up required drinking water for ourselves within the one hour of provision.

Kindly take immediate action towards our issue and help us get the proper water supply from the big line which is high pressure line.

We are not receiving manjeera water for altnerative dates in Tulasi nagar, Kukatpally (near Allwyn colony). January month we received only 4 days.

My request is to provide water through water tankers, if you have any problem on pipe line or other reasons, Please send water tankers to subject areas. so that they are able to manage.

Our ground level water also not sufficient. I am requesting all my leaders (CM, MP and MLA for our consitutency).

We are paying the wate bill regularly but water receiving only 4 days.

We are middle class people and unable to buy water at cost of Rs. 700 for water tankers.

Please look into this and help us.

How a Middle class family can survive, what should they drink, and n use for regular needs... Will these so called diplomats... Politicians will get same.. Sir, It was on 20th Jan 2015 last, we received water. Then onwards there is no water supply since 9 days. We suffer like any thing. We drink water which is stored for as much as 9 days. We fear that we may get attack of some diarrhoea or some other thing . Even that water is getting exhausted by now. My complaint was booked at token no: 2505. But there is no response so far, at least an eyewash token reply. Then what is the use of the phone nos and the website for booking complaints. Kindly do the needful in this regard. SIR,I am the resident of east kakateeyanagar st no 8 north side neredmet malkajgiri,Since few weeks our linemen Mr suresh is not Releesing water properly not even 1 hr in a week he is releesing water at a time to 4 streets at a time due to that the pressure is low. as most of our borewells are dried and we are depending on Muncipal water otherwise on private tankers .I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and do the needful by advising him or by changing the linemen. I observed that he is releesing water for 2 hrs in some streets, I also request to mark a point at the middle of the street and arrange a tanker weekly two trips. I am an Resident of Aprajita colony, Ameerpet, Institute of Genetics Lane,
we have seen the Water Meter Reading being issued is without at least noting the meter readings,
even during peak seasons when the water flows were full, our monthly has not increased Rs.350.00
We are surprised to note that since 2 months the meter reading is not touching almost Rs.500.00

Pls answer on what basis the Bills have gone up, the water inflows are coming down daily,
the Bill collector who visits our Residences are blindly issuing bills without taking the meter readings.

Who will compensate for this....???

I am a resident of HUDA colony, Attapur. My CAN. No is 61847735. H.no is 4-9-54/1. In our colony in the place of old water connections new connections are being given. In our lane new supply line has not been laid yet. I came to know that from today onwards water will be supplied through new line. If it is so in our line we suffer without water. Therefore I request that until we are given new connection through new line to be laid yet water may be supplied to us through old line. And action may be taken to lay the new supply line to give us new connections.

We are resident of Street no 3 Habshiguda,Rekha Apartments, 27 families get very low pressure water alternate day and with lot of dust in it. Filters are getting blocked and water is not potable.The dirt is visible and is also spoiling health of residents.The pipe line breakage can be taken up at our cost as our health is more important than this cost.We are regular in payments and the apartment is not getting water though less of good quality.

Sub:This is with reference to the timing of the water supply in Moosarambagh Hyderabad.

The water is supplied to the residential area between 3:00AM to 5:00AM early in the morning which is a big problem to the working women as there will be sleeping at 11:00PM after completing the household work and than there have to getup at 3:00AM and them go to office at 9:00AM.

We as the working ladies are very uncomfortable as this will make us week due to lack of sleep and its very difficult to work in the office.
Please look into this matter and change the time to at least 5:00AM.
