ICICI FasTag replacement card

ICICI bank has generated a replacement card (new purple coloured) and sent through DTDC courier 3 weeks ago. It was not delivered to my address and I see on courier tracking portal that it was undelivered due to incorrect address. I have been staying in my permanent address and see no reason why it should be returned back. I have been following up with ICICI FasTag customer care and everytime explaining my story to a different associate. I am really frustrated now since no one is taking responsibility. They dont even have an email ID for FasTag customer care.

Think many times before going to ICICI FasTag.

Dear All,

I would like to share my experience ,i buy fast tag on 7th Nov 2017 ,they courier fast tag via blue dart without sending any tracking details.on shipment day i was in office so delivery boy did not call me and my fast tag has been return back to bank.

However to be frank i am not getting proper response from bank.currently i am taking followup with bank daily to get my fast tag ASAP.

so i will recommend you do not buy fast tag from ICICI BANK

ICICI Fastag recharge not possible

Dear Sir / Madam,

I've been trying to recharge my ICICI bank Fastag for over a week now. The link to recharge does not seem to work anymore.
There is no support for how I can recharge given this situation. Has the bank disowned Fastag??

After queuing up to buy and install the fastag ID, I am stressed that I am unable to recharge it.
Please help!

Bagepalli Toll Plaza over charging

Bagepalli toll plaza is taking Rs.550 for my Car for one way trip... actually this should have been only Rs.85. The 550 one way charge is meant for "7 or More Axles". I thought it was erroneous once. but they have done it twice now and i have an open compliant with ICICI Fastag team which is not yet resolved.

Fastag usage

Dear Sir(s),

Using Fastag is becoming more and more difficult as the toll plaza(s) are not equipped sufficiently. It takes longer time in fastag lanes then the regular lanes. Also number of people working in the fastag lanes are more than the regular lanes. In short, the very purpose of the fastag introduction is not working out. It is difficult for both the plaza team members and for the users.

Ironically even getting a working fastag version is very cumbersome!!!!

The govt or the institution using this feature should upgrade themselves accordingly to ensure the smooth usage of fastag, if it has to be agreed by common people.

Otherwise shortly this will become another failure model.

Fastag account no way debited with out passing the toll gates

My car AP09 BT4845 having icci fast tag account 20145186 and it was debiting the money in my account everyweek as false with out passing the tollgate which was 280 km far from Hyderabad home currently Iam staying..this is too much and would say it was scam.i never gone to the debited tollgate since 3 weeks and car stayed with me.
Auto debit won't happen as technical issue as they said to me.
Need some serious action on this.otherwise fastag method in India goes flop in near future for sure and initiative from modi will goto wrong way among the people

All vehicles allowed at paliyekkara toll in thrissur district kerala.

All vehicles are allowed through paliyekkara toll in thrissur district kerala. I had raised a complained earlier as well but did not see any change until last week. When asked the toll collector argued with me and asked me to go and check or complaint as per him there is no such rule that only fast tag sticker vehicles should pass through that lane.

Very disappointing how can the concerned authority cannot take any action for so long even after multiple complaints.

All vehicles are allowing through fast tag line

All vehicles are passing through fast tag line in paliyekkara toll in thrissur district kerala. This is happening from a long time.
When question about this they replied if you have any complaints check with fastag office.Never expected such an irresponsible answer.

Please take strict action against this.

FASTAG not working on BETL

I have paid for FASTAG from ICICI bank on 23rd Dec 2016 and got the fastag after 20 days. This is after repeated follow ups..
The fastag given to me is not working and got it replaced. This again after many follow ups. The replaced FASTAG is also not working. I'm using it in BETL (Bangalore elevated toll highway which is on NH and the FASTAG is supposed to work here). ICICI bank complaints on BETL and the BETL is complaining on ICICI's Fastag. In the end as a customer I'm impacted and is not helping me anyway. I'm using this highway daily and I'm forced to pay manually wasting time.

FASTAG not working on BETL

Hi Sir,
I have made payment of fastag on Dec23rd and got a FASTAG sticker after a month. However the FASTAG given is not working and I have made many complaints to ICICI bank concerned and I did not get any response of getting it rectified. ICICI complaints on the BETL (Bangalore Elevated Toll which is on NH and is supposed to work) and the BETL complaints that it is defect from ICICI bank. Please note today is Mar13th and still the issue is not resolved. I went to the bank and got the token replaced in the month of Feb and still it is not working.

sir we have applied for fas tag coupon .dated 30.12.2016. today is 13 jan 2017 a5 days over, we all document givn my account also created all payment is made only card fas tag assigin not done .because of system down they said it will be avaliable on 5 jan i wait till that date . then the sales excecutive of point of sale at pune solapur indapur toll plaza name mr pravin m no.(9604738921)not respoind yet. then i call his sinior manager name manish ( m no 07503997510) he not solve my problem then i call his both main manager suraj(08052001002) he not respoinding yeti call icici customer care no:(18602670104) they they 5 time lodge complaint not doing yet today i again call then priyanka mam not solve my problem only given assurance to solve problem i told her to transfer phone to sinior officer name mr.amar he is vary roughly spking . u take refund n all. i paid 4000/- in that account and only 1 min procedure of card assignment process but they give 16 days not getting the card yet.we will moving to cash less economy fas tag is one of the step towords it all the people are not respoinding well we have the paid receipt enclose to it below plz resolve my problem for fas tag coupan more than 14 days over not given that tag sticker. so lodge this complaint.the toll plaza detail is sadewadi / indapur toll plaza pune solapur high way
