Wrong deduction Numerous times

Fast Tag service at Hyderabad ORR does not work properly. My regular entry point is Rajendra Nagar and exit point is Nanakramguda for which the ideal toll amount is rs 20. But till now numerous number of times I am been deducted with Rs 60 .

Raised the following complaints, poor service and no reply:

Double Deduction Not Refunded

For my fastag account the amount is double debited on 08/02/2018, the next day itself i raised the complaint, but till date (27/07/208) the the issue (chargeback not given) is not resolved,

Again same issue is happened on 14/07/2018, for that also i raised the complaint, i don't know when the will resolve it, the total amount is Rs. 55,

ICICI fastag customer care care center is bullshit office, i have made till date 30 calls (1 call / week), each time i call them i have to explain the whole history for 5 minutes, then they will put me hold for 10 minutes, then they will say your charge-back will happen in 72 working hours, this repeated answers every time.....

ICICI Fastag bloody cheaters....useless service.....Don't buy it......

Overcharged during return trip

On 28/12/2017, I have undertaken return journey (up & down) via Surathkal Toll Plaza located on NH66. My account has been debited with Rs.50 during both up (at 11:06:25 AM) & down journey (7:33:40 PM). In fact, I should have been debited with Rs.20 only during my down journey. Please reverse the excess debit of Rs.30.

The complaint was filed in the fastag portal on 29/12/2017, but till date the complaint has not been resolved and still in 'In progress' status. I had called the call centre at least 5 times as followup, but every time the reply given was, it would be resolved in 10 days. Now 3 months have crossed, but still no sign of resolution.

ICICI Bank has not defined the escalation matrix for fastag complaints and the same was confirmed by call center executive too. Not sure what is the next course of action.

Replacement tag undelivered

ICICI has generated a replacement FasTag (new purple coloured) and sent through DTDC courier 3 weeks ago. The courier company claims the address the incorrect and have returned back. It is disgusting that I am staying in my permanent address and no way the address can be incorrect. I have been calling ICICI FasTag customer care and ending up explaining my story to a new associate every time, nobody is taking responsibility to track down where the tag and package is lying now and to resend to me. They dont even have an email ID for FasTag complaints! Really really frustrated!!

Delay in Fastag delivery by ICICI

Hi,

I have applied Fast Tag on 10th Dec 2017 through ICICI online site (Tag Customer ID: 10153384, Car regi no: KA05 MR8457). Details attached for your reference. As per the site, after applying within 8 working days Fastag will be delivered to the address. 15th Dec I had contacted ICICI fastag customer care to know the status and they confirmed me it will be dispatched within two day (complaint no: CMP000000000743540). Today again I called ICICI Fastag customer care and to my surprise they are saying it will take 20 days after applying through online. I have to travel on 22 Dec where I very much required to use fastag. Based on the commitment by ICICI to deliver Fastag within 8 working days only I had applied it.

The ICICI fastag customer care is not ready listen to me or to take it to the next level to hear my grievance. Today on call they simply saying it will take 20 days to deliver since they got revised circular on it and they not even bothered to share the complaint number.

Please do the needful to ensure delivery of Fastag at my address before 21st Dec.
