improper deduction Rs. 600/- against Fastage toll charges

I have using Fastag ICICI services for payment of Toll Plaza. My Customer ID is 10939875 and Mobile Number is 8120367595. Initially I have purchase this product for Rs. 600/-, through dealer of vehicle at Bhopal. It gives me balance of Rs. 300/- in my account. i have tried so may time ICICI Customer Care No. 18002100104, but they have not given any satisfactory reply as to how recharge the account.
Ultimately I have recharge the account by Rs. 1000/- (My tag account No. 21270749)
But out of rs. 1000/- ICICI deducted Rs. 584.12 on account of chargeback debit adjustment for the standard toll charge transaction dated 13-05-2019 19:15:41 with RRN 0000034130519191541049.
This amount of Rs. 584.12 illegally deducted from my account as toll was paid by me in cash and moreover there is no toll no toll amount of Rs.600/- charged by any Toll plaza between Indore and Bhopal. As such this chargeable amount is false. In this regard no SMS was delivered to my RMN or received.
I therefore requested to please return the amount of Rs.584.12 in my Fastag account and oblige.

Not opening even after the timing

12 & 13 November 2016 ka timing 10 se 8pm hai bank open ka, even after that, ye log shutter gira k bol rhe li bank band h, and usi tym ek uncle ne phone pe baat karayi to unhe jane diya.. .. Yeh kesi service h.. i want a resolution against this complaint and a written copy of apologies from ICICI VIJAYNAGAR BRANCH INDORE (M. P.), below the picture is mentioned and i also have the voice recording of security guards.. Please do the needful..

I am an ICICI account holder who is facing the same MABChg issue. I was searching online for the matter and there are several individuals facing the same problems. I am in agreement with you as regards your method of handling the matter and taking it to RBI. I have already given a complaint but matters seem to remain unresolved .

As per my knowledge the MAB is a quarterly balance whereas the deductions as per my observations are being done monthly not only in my account but also in the account of some of my colleagues. This matter should be looked into as the customers are highly inconvenienced.

We choose ICICI for the privileges promised not the problems delivered
