With reference to the above subject, I requested my branch for NOC but they are co-operating me for the same. I have to shift outside from this place for permanent employment or business. So, I requested my branch several times for the same but they are not doing for the above.
I request you kindly help me in getting the the NOC as soon as possible. Your favourable action will be appreciated.

Rude Behavior of Pratap Sinha ( cashier) at Frazer Road, Patna Office

Dear Respected Sir,
Myself MADAN LAL GUPTA, a customer of your Policy No.-15246655 want to inform you that I faced rude behavior of Pratap Sinha (Cashier) at Frazer Road, Patna on 21.03.2014. I have gone to your Frazer Road, Patna to deposit premium of my policy. I received coupon No. 048 at the office gate at 2.55 pm and that time the working of Coupon No.- 045 was in progress and after receiving the premium of the customer, Pratap Sinha started to advice new products to the customer, actually which was not the duty of a cashier. It is the work of a Sales officer/Manager/ Representative to convince the customer of your product. The duty of the Cashier is to receive premium and issue Money Receipts. But the same official was doing the opposite work and wasting the time of himself and all the customers. At 3.15 I oppose the harassing situation and requested the Cashier to receive the premium of all other customers waiting their number. But the said official started to behave rudely with me, the customer of Coupon No.-045 and other customers also requested to receive premium of all other customers and tell him that i am not interested to invest further right now. But the Cashier engaged in sales work and cried on me loudly that you have to wait more than one hour. He added further that I shall do the work which i prefer. I sit down and he end the work of coupon no.- 045 at 3.20 pm which means that he took time of 25 minutes in releasing a customer, which is not standard at any angle. Customer of Coupon No.-047 was gone away after being tired. Finally he receive my premium at 3.26 pm, thus he wasted my precious time of more than half an hour as well as of other customers. In real sense, it is not standard working culture of your office. I think that your Company will loose customers like me due to lazy and talkative official like Pratap Sinha. It would be my humble request that engage Pratap Sinha in sales activities or sack him and depute some other suitable person on the post of Cashier.

Dear Sir/Mam,

This is to bring your notice that I had taken up a policy from ICICI Prudential LIC Ltd. Application No.ll41375703 in March of Rs. 50000 annual premium. First the medicals were raised against the same application and I received a sms from ICICI Pru LiC and I immediately went with the IPru Manager to the concerned doctor and get the medicals done . After that nothing was asked from Icici Pru Policy issuing team. After one month passed away and I did not receive the poolicy bond i asked the Sales manager and Operations manager of ICICI about my policy then thay said it is under issuance and will reach my home in a day or two.Then when it wasnot issued i went to the IciciPru LIc Moradabad Branch than they told me about the exact position of the application and they asked for my Income tax return but as it was on the behalf of my partnership firm I gave tham my CA certificate for the income proof now again thay said the policy will be issued in day or two and there is no further requirement from there end. After 15 days there was again no response from Icici Pru office nor did I receive any message for any demand nor did I receive the policy bond. I again had to go to the office than there they asked me for MOA and MOU of my Partnership firm in return I gave them my Partnership deed and Income tax returns of the firm in which i am partner (52 % share). Than again they said now we don't need anything else but again when I didn't receive the bond when I went to office thay asked for the same documents but my C.A. Clarified there is no MOA or MOU for partnership firm it is for the Ltd. companies or Pvt. ltd. Concerns. The Icici Pru Sales and Operations Mannager is making a fool of me till date first of all he did not bother to inform me about any of the details required by your office it was I who had to take trouble each time and go to your office to check the status.
In the meanwhile whenever i call your customer care thay always replied that we have received all your documents and policy wiil be issued in a day or two.

The Icici Pru Lic has been using my money for last four months without giving me the life cover which my family needs.Nor they are returning my money back.
Kindly help me on the same and stop toroubling me and return my money with interest so that I can take the policy from some Better Insurance companies.
