No service from day first

Please take care about my problem.

There is no response from IDEA broadband and they are not providing service even they have cross the limit of what they have provided (it's 48 hours), today it's third day but the problem remain same.

Please do take necessary action against of them, They also given us wrong commitment always.

I have email them about my request but they are not responding me.

No Action taken yet - Salesman illegally sold connection. Customer care not helping. Not getting promised speed.

Been more than 3 days that I got a call from the Customer Service Executive saying that they are looking into the issue, there's no response yet.

Briefing my issue again:

I had a 2MBPS connection of IDEA broadband and wanted to upgrade to 4MBPS. A salesman from IDEA had dropped pamphlets at my flat so I called him and took the connection. I paid 3 months charges upfront. Right from day 1, I did not get the promised speed of 4MBPS and instead got only 0.7 to 0.8 MBPS. I have raised multiple complaints at customer care and each time they closed the complaint saying that my building location is not feasible for a 4MBPS connection. I contacted the salesman and he talked very rudely to me and said that he wont help me as his job is only to sell the connections. Its been 45 days now that I have taken the connection and not a single day that I got speed beyond 1 MBPS. I raised a complaint today for disconnection and initiating my refund and the customer care executives said that refund is not possible within first 3 months of the connection. I request IDEA authorities to help me on this issue.

broadband instalation

For the last 15 days people from idea contact centre have been telling me that they would send a person to install my broadband connection to my new address and has not been installed yet my account number is ############ i have already submitted my new address documents and for the last 4 days i have been given 24 hours SLA but no action

Disconnection request not taken

I would like to register a complaint against IDEA broadband service provider. I wanted to get my IDEA broadband connection disconnected today i.e. 31st July15, as I'm shifting out of town. However, customer care denied taking my request for disconnection saying that it takes 48 hours for processing and by that time, new billing cycle will start. They said that I need to pay for next month billing as well and give disconnection request again 5 days in advance in next month. This is clearly breach of trust and fraud to earn money from consumers. Please register a complaint against Idea for fraud case.

Internet disconnection

I have raised a complaint regarding Internet not working on Sunday evening to Idea Broadband customer care but the issue is still not resolved. I have been waiting for my issue to be resolvved and i called multiple times to customer care executives to no vail.
I would like to raise an official complaint for this issue but got no proper response again from Customer care executives.

Poor internet connection

My name is Suhail Shaikh and my mobile number is 8237292916. I have two Idea broadband connections which were installed on 6.5.15 account no. ############ and the other on ############ on 8.5.15. After installation i noticed the connection used to break frequently. because of this I could not do any activity that required real time constant connection example live streaming. When I complained about this a technician was sent. they did the speedtest and said the connection was fine and closed the complaint. but the issue remained unresolved. during this interval I registered several complaints, around 8 to 10 and even asked them if the issue couldnt be resolved atleast refund my money. they said they dont refund and sent a technician named Sachin who on my request checked the physical connection on the terrace and FOUND THAT THE RECIEVER INSTALLATION WAS INCORRECTLY DONE and the location and its direction was incorrect as well resulting in a very weak connection. And the POLE WAS FIXED WITH ONE NAIL in the wall which used to move easily. He said the third party is responsible this issue and said action should be taken against them for the trouble. Sachin told me that he will ask someone to come and change the location. the installation company sent a guywho said the connection is faulty and the cable is 15 metre short as well and cant be connected in the proper position. he spoke to his supervisor and left. then I had to make 5 more calls over a duration of 15 days before someone did come and change the cable and did a better installation/ the connection is a litle better now but still breaks at regular intervals. the third party people ask NOT TO REGISTER COMPLAINS AS CAN CAUSE THEM TROUBLE.

I request Idea to look into this matter as they will find all my call logs registered with them. and Also compensate me for all the trouble i had to go through and the mental harassment. Idea as a company is known for its excellent services and products. because of the goof up of the third party I faced and still am facing some difficulties in using the broadband connection. I request strict action be taken against the concerned agencies so that Idea's reputition does not take a hit.

False charges levied after my request for deactivation of my account

My account no. is ############. I have never kept any dues with the company. In fact I always paid my bill every month on the 2nd itself. They started to give me trouble after I wanted to deactivate my account (at the end of January 2015). The customer care executive agreed but instead suspended it and then they sent me the bill for more than a month's when in fact I had not used Idea net service at all after January. They are telling me I used net service even in the month when my account was suspended.

Much later they deactivated it for a few days and then suspended it back without my permission.

Now they are telling me that every month they will keep adding Rs 50/- to my bill.

Idea sales and customer care people are absolutely fraud and I need help dealing with this problem they have created.
