Worst company'

Thus company and the after sale service are pethatic they just pass on time day per day with same lines of excuses but don't gives response to solve problems mine complain is of 15 June and till now no resolution one of technician came and made my machine in to 5.6 parts and again left for God so help now whom to ask for further I don't know no one is paying attention..a washing machine company can cause of my depression ,so disappointed I m

Ac not working

We purchased a 1.5 ton split ac but its not working from last 20 days...There is no response from company customer care services too...Its too difficult to manage without ac in summer season...

Disgusting service by IFB authorized Excellent sercives Gurgaon

I am extremely disappointed when I write this mail to say that IFB authorized Service Center in Gurgaon : Excellent Services has been continuously providing below level care to its customers. And this is not the first time that this has happened. Every year, despite of my washing machine being in AMC, I have to face severe issues and people at Excellent Services remain unfazed. My machine's AMC is from June to June and still it is not registered with IFB and I am being told that it's not their fault and coz of this every year I have to wait for a week or more for call type to change.

And every day they give reasons that their only technician is on leave for personal reasons. I lodged my complain on 30th December 2016 and till date it hasn't been resolved.

I am.least hopeful that even today in Saturday anything will happen and tomorrow being a Sunday is a non working day. On Monday I will be told that the spare part is not available for sure as all this has happened to me last year as well.

Such kind of authorised service centres are spoiling ur name and resulting in customer loosing faith in IFB.

I have ur machine for the last 9years and next I will have to change it, I will not buy IFB for all such reasons. 5 people in my locality with IFB have switched to better options and opted for better services in the last 1 year. Time for me too change I suppose.

Request you to please take this matter seriously for our own goodwill else u are sure to loose ur market badly in Gurgaon.

Worst after sales service and support

Its very sad writing this at the end when i seek no support from such a popular brand. Even after multiple calls to the service center and the gaining commitment from various employees with in IFB, I got no solution of just a simple issue of the microwave.

I sometime wonders about the fame of this company with such a bad after sales services.

I purchased 25Sc4 last year in May and since then.i have registered 5 complaints for the same reason but now i conclude that company doesnt even have a good support after selling the product no matter how many times you wake up to fix the issue.

I have a complaint opened on 29 of july which was cancelled without getting concent from me, moreover i opened up sice 3rd of aug and so far after many a calls and commitment no engineer come to visit and fix the issue.

I beleive now its better to either get a new micro from some reputed brand and forget about getting any issue fix from these fake commited people on board in various potions of IFB.

Poor service

I have been using IFB washing machine since 2002 and never faced any issues with the service. It was excellent. Now i registered my complaint on 27th of January and till now it hasnt been resolved. Every time technician comes and change its parts and that too with the old one and he is not even sure with the prices of the product changed. Some sparking is also happening inside which might damage motor of the machine. I fail to understand who will be held responsible for these experimental attempts by the technician. Mr. Mukesh and Mr Rohit Verma being unavailable for any response and not even answering my calls.

Call Center Never works

I am an old customer of IFB and possess a Washing Machine and a Microwave from IFB. I am facing some trouble with my machine and have tried calling the call centre number 011-39004321 at least 3 times and every time I am told that the system is slow please hold and finally sorry system not working. What kind of a system does a company like IFB have that it never works? The best part is that they do not even call back they ask the customer to call after half an hour!

Purchased a new washing machine of IFB. When the technician came to install the machine, touch buttons were not working properly.
Technician left saying that he will send somebody superior to check. Nobody turned up even after 15 days.
have lodged complaint at customer care and also send mail to IFB but all in vain.

Big brand with pathetic product and after sale service.

Worst Brand...pathetic service


I do agree to above points of the customer. Service is very pathetic in Chennai also. Every time i book complaint engineer does not turn on time and the response of service agency is also not proper. No one is taking responsibility and I-Matrix who is the service contract agency which takes care in my region. Each and every time it is the same way. Even Service Manger's also does not provide proper answers.

I Strongly suggest every customers not to opt for IFB washing machines.

Defective products

I bought washing machine and microwave from IFB on 24th Jan. It wss delivered three days later to me and that too both were defective, which they promised to replcae. Till today they have not replcaed the same and I am really upset about the same. Imagine washing clothes for 5 elders and 1 kid with office. I am regertting the time when i took the decision to buy IFB as a brand.

Service not provided during warranty period

person not attending the complaint at faridabad center

I wont recommend anyone in my life to buy any IFB product as its after sales service is too pathetic.I am the resident of faridabad everytime i call up the center they say the engineer will reach u today..we keep on waiting for the engineer...but nobody turns up.We feel we are helpless as once we have bought their product we r there slave.I can name one engineer Ravinder he gave his number to contact him in case of any complaint with the complaint number and when we call him up he says i'll come at 4:00 and when we call him at 4:00 he says "madam i'll come tomorrow..PLs help..

Non replacement of under warantee machine part

I purchased an IFB Washing machine model AW6563 on 12 oct 2009 and it was fitted by the IFB technician on 15 oct 09. All accessories and water extension pipe are genuine IFB accessories and are covered under same warrantee. The inlet water hose has started leaking. Complaint was registered on companies helpline ( complaint no 39849475 and 5954517 last on 23 feb 2011) The franchisee technician Mr viky visited the site and is insisting that the genuine IFB water inlet hose supplied alongwith the machine cannot be replaced and I have to purchase another system.

My request is that any genuine company item supplied with the machine purchased from the company necessary for the functioning of the machine is an integral part of the machine itself and if the customer is not responsible for misuse and neglect (as in this case) and the machine is defective bacause of a design defect (coupling of water inlet hose) then the company may kindly replace it under warantee

After sale Service

I have place my complaint on 31st aug 2010. my customer id no. 1730099 and my complaint no. 5026002.
they say problem will be rectified in 24hrs. there executive did came the next day checked and went telling will be back with the parts. i hv been calling there every day. being raingy season it has become so much difficult clothes not getting dried up.
IFB after sale service has been always poor. once ifb executive sold me duplicate products and after complaing they said nothing can be done.
