Indan gas servicing staff tgreatens to disconnect our connection

I am a consumer of indane gas and using it from past 10-12 years. These days I am just out of station and during my stay out of delhi, Indane gas servicing staff came to servicing which we strictly dont feel is safe and useful as staffs are very rude and always ask for money for doing nothing. If we questiin them, they simply threatens to disconnect the gas connection which makes no sense at all.

Cut gass clyander deleverd(500g /1kg) &Give exctra mony

I am a consumer of Indane Gas services taken connection from authorized dealer. Delhi saharanpur road Loni- 2011. I am using their services since last 10-11 years.. but have never faced such challenges earlier.
If any body purson thought to his.why do you give ext.mony.sad this is my labour job.slip print rate to extra.& Every clyender give to cut gass(500g/1kg).
After trying so many times .. I have to personally visit the gas agency to book my gas , as I am always failed to get it connected .When I visit at agency , its always over-crowded with lot of other consumers who were also fighting for the Delhi saharanpur road gass service. Plz.solve this problem emigatly .

Refill cancelled after 1 month

Booked refill online on 7th Sept, submitted several complaints i.e 2334348,2347426,2366056.
Cash memo generated on 28th sept but refill booking cancelled on 5th october. Called on 18002333555, sometime server is down, sometime agent disconnect as no "response from customer" though i can her him properly.Seems they are not willing to take complaints.
This oil ministry helpline is really a pain, it serves nothing.Worst service one can experience.
Refill is still not delivered.How and where one can escalate this behavior of indane.

less weighted cylinder

hello i m using indan gas service since 5 years but from past 1 i m facing a problem of short gas filled cylinder our service provider name is yedu indane gas cylinder provider. even i m made various complaint on the phone no. mentioned in the gas receipt.......but no action has been taken by them

phone booking

The Indian oil namely Indane Gass and its Distributors had started gass booking throught telephone No.9911554411 which is computerised booking system. this system is book your reffile [gass book] some wants to complaint about his booking (not delevery) of reffile the phone will not regestred your complaint. So please book complaint this phone

Non delivery of refill

SIR
I am a resident of Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad. My delivery agent is Captain gas service, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad.
My consumer no. is 688931. I booked for refill on 27.06.2011. I am not received yet any delivery. Today they told it he have no any booking of this consumer no. 688931. Please find attached booking snap shot file.
I have only one cylinder so please fix my problem as soon as possible.

Transfer of Gas Number

Dear Team,

I Daljeet Kaur have given request letter at sahibabad to change the number from laxmi nagar to vaishali but no action has been taken yet ...only they had given request number 10 days ago i.e 299 .

Request you to intervene .

Gas Cylender

i was booked Indane Gas Cylender, in Captain Gas Agency, Pratap Vihar Ghaziabad, the Service time is providing cylender in 24 hour maximum, but am not recive any cylender also after 10 days.............. service is very bad

all customer are not satisfied here......

More than 10Kg Water in both LPG Cylinder

After waiting for more than 15days of booking gas, the way consumer is duped for his basic necessity is very disappointing. Discovered more than 10kg(Measured on Weighing Machine) of water in LPG Cylinder received. Both the cylinder delivered earlier and this time contained same amount of water.
Calling and asking Gas Authorities is in vain, since they don't even pick phones. Leave alone addressing issues. Consumer No: 4695. Tried whole day, but nobody answered call. Visited Chander Nagar Gas Service to discover they are on Strike.

less weight of cylinders

my consumer number is 16391
this is to complain against yadu gas seva sahibabad,ghaziabad up
it is regarding the booking and delivery of the gas cylinders.

the booking is not done on proper time and delivery of the cylinder is also done 10 days prior to booking

the amazing point to be noticed is that the booking slip declares delivery on the day of the booking itself but it the reality is too far beyond it......

the common reason of it is that there is shortage of gas supply

(but it is not possible to continue for the years.....!!!)

also the weight of the cylinders i.e the quantity supplied as rarely perfect else a minimum of 2kgs of less supply is there

if argued upon the delivery man behaves rudely and even threatens to get the supply blocked

no matter what we do there is none foumd who listens to our complaints.....

the highly irregular pattern of the supply of gas cylinders creates a hude problem for the common man.

it is a request to the concerned authoroties to kindly look into the matter and eliminate the unwanted element of discomfort from the lives of people.....
