Immediately complained on the app. It was showing request pending till yesterday. Now its shows request expired but have not received refund.

Amount not refunded

i had booked a ticket for mumbai - chennai , chennai - mumbai the amount was debited from our account but the transaction showed failed . so i could not get the ticket . the ref no is as below

Amount debited from account via upi but jio recharge didn't happen.

I had done jio recharge via paytm upi to indiaideas@icici vpa which is the merchant for jio recharge. Amount rs 349/- is deducted from my account and amount transfer shown successful in paytm and even paytm customer care confirmed amount transfer but recharge didn't happen.
Kindly look into the matter for money reversal in my account.

I have done mobile recharge through My Jio app in jio number through my Corporation net banking. Money was deducted but recharge not done. I need back my money. The two transactions were done but both are same, money deducted, no recharge.
