I am Shamshad Alam booked online ticket from Bareilly to Muzaffarpur on 31/1/2022 train No. 15002 but the train was late, I applied for DTR against PNR Number 2353788456 for reason "Train Late More Than Three Hours and I did Not Travelled.", Reference No:100000726680331
But as per railway record, I Travelled- How is it possible. I challenge and give affidavit that I did not traveled in train because the train (No. 15002) was too much late. Therefore, requested to refund the fare Amount Rs. 1035/-
