Train delay and no proper arrangement of waiting room

Train delaying is a usual problem for passengers traveling on Train number 14236.The air conditioners are also not working properly and small kids have to suffer.The railway inquiry counter staff do not give true answers.

Train delay is a usual feature for the train number. 14236. The waiting room is also not in proper condition. Air conditioners do not work and small kids have to suffer.Without having valid AC tickets people are using higher class waiting room as common room.

Bike not dispatched

Dear Sir,

I have booked the Bike (Bajaj Discover 150 cc) from Bareilly to Agra on 13 April 18. They confirmed me Bike will dispatch on 14 April through train number 14314. Bt same has been dispatched and again i have visited to parcel office on 15 April Bareilly one of the lady told me by mistake they forget to dispatch thd bike. But in late eveining train they will load the bike and will receive on 16 April at Agra cantt statation. Again when we confirmed from Agra Cant station, still the bike was not dispatched by him.
My billty number is M 055686 from Bareilly to Agra cantt.

Train late

I am travelling by train no.14003 with PNR no.6712233008 from bareilly to new delhi.the train which was scheduled to arrive at 10.00 in morning came at 17.00 in the evening although it crossed lucknow at 12.00.even then it is stopping every 10 - 15 min although it has only moradabad and ghaziabad as stoppage between bareilly and new delhi.is indian railway accountable to nobody ? What a hopeless and ridiculous services....

Tiren no 14315 Pnr 2716360358 meri femaly Ka tikkat E city tiren se bareilly to NDLS date 21/8/2017 ka tha meri femaly ko seat se utha diya gaya kuch logo ne Jo local k the bulane par Na koi TT aaya Na koi Pulice bala aaya Enter city tiren Ka yahi haal rehta hai un logo se TT bhi khuch nahi bolte meri sister k saat battamiji ki gai lekin koi kuch nahi bola TT Ka kaam hai jiski seat hai usko chek karo lekin is tiren mai ESA nahi hota hai mera seat no D3 .46 or 47 tha

coach quality is very poot

Im travling in 12312 kalka mail 2 times one in s6 and s8
Both time coach havr not in good condition no charging point in front of seats i kindly request u to please repair th coach or convert into lhb coach

dirty and used linen provided

We are in train no. 15904 in AC III. COACH No. B 2. seat no. 53, 54 and 56. used dirty and unclean linen and bad sheets given to us by attaindent. on asking, he said he can do nothing. It is purely wastage of consumer services by the Indian Railways and against the consumer rights

Not Refunding the Money

Dear Sir ,

I want to inform you that I have traveled from Delhi to bareilly by Rail on 07 march 2014.I booked my ticket in 2nd AC but i have to travell in lower class(3rd Ac) due to the fault of railway who can not provide the desired booked seat in 2nd ac (as. on that day one 2nd AC coach is not attached).I filled my TDR to railway for refunding the Difference amount but Railway regret my TDR and giving the reason that "Passenger(s) have/has travelled".
Again I send the mail to railway TDR deptt on tdrprocess@irctc.co.in on 09-05-2014....but till date no response given by them.

I travel in lower class than why Railway charge higher class ticket..this is not a good sign for railway to regret the request for difference amount...after Two Month follow up with railway customer care.

Baggage theft by someone

Dear Sir,
I alongwith my wife were travelled from Bareilly to Ludhiana in Jalianwala bagh Exp train no-18103 on 1.12.11 in 3AC coach PNR NO 6303373309. At Moradabad station somebody inside the coach has stolen my baggage from my seat and ran away. i have lodged the complaint at ludhiana station but still there is no rely to that. request you to please look into this matter and take necessary action as i lost my precious item in that luggage.

the main purpose for this request is to draw your attention towards duty of TTE. I have observed many times that in coach TTE don't check the tickets of all passenger present but only check the tickets of those passenger who have arrived from source station which doesn't solve the purpose of any doubtful passenger who is travelling without ticket on some seat.

Waiting for your reply as soon as possible.

MIS BEHAVIOUR OF BOOKING CLERK

Dar Sir,madam,
The booking clerk of IZZATNAGAR RAILWAY STATION IN BAREILLY ARE SO HARSH TOWARDS THE PUBLIC WHO ARE WAITING IN QUEUE FO RTHIR RESERVATION. THEY ARE NOT DOING THE RESERVATION PROPERLY AND TAKING BRIBES IN TURN OF BOOKING.THEY ARE ONLY DOING RESERVATION WHICH ARE CAME BY THE DALAL WHO ARE PAYING EXTRA MONEY FOR EVERY RESERVATION. GENERAL PUBLIC ARE HUMILIATED BY THEM AND NO COMPLAINTS BOOK ARE AVAILABLE THERE. IF COMPLAINTS BOOK ARE DEMANDED THEY DENY TO GIVE AND FIGHT WITH THEM AND SHOW THEIR ATTITUDE WHICH ARE MORE VIOLENT THAN A TERRORIST.
PLZ CHANGE THE STAFF OR TAKE SOME SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST THEM.
