not given mony by atm

Hi,

I was at Indicahs ATM in muradnagar railway road i withdraw 6000 rs. From my sbi debit card at rhe rime of counting money electricity has been gone and translation not complete.
I didn't get money from ATM debit from my account.

ATM id is TAAN 0235
