i bought the phone from jasmin alkapuri on dated 28-12-2015 and invoice number is JAS/A/24260. This is dual sim phone and i have inserted two sim cards of different companies one is vodafone and other is tata docomo. when i enter into my home no network shown and also outside some where facing the same issues. I understand the network of tata docomo but vodafone sim card is not working. So because of the Intex company using lower quality of materials this is going to be happen.

i am using intex aqua i5 octa and i have bought it 8 months ago tere is no update since then and my brother has bought samsung with me and he has got 3 times update so please give a software update in intex aqua i5 octa

I have deposited my Acqua Power + Intex Mobile (purchased in June, 2015) for replacement of Mother Board and display at Aggarwal Telecom, Sector-18, Noida vide jobsheet No. ############T001 dated 29.12.2015. I was told that it would be repaired with in 2 - 3 days. Pl. enquire on Mobile and collect. Many a times I tried to contact on Mobile but there was no response. When I visited on 10.11.201, I found the Shop closed. I again tried to contact on mobile (7827012020) on 11.1.2016 but in vain. Is somebody listening in Intex Mobile to rectify my problem.

I'm using intex star hd.it looses network but doesn't get back until restart.also auto running software's are not started automatically I'm facing this problem even after repairing from service center.....I think these mobiles are of inferior quality.

I have purchased a intex mobile Aqua 4.5 E in the month of August approx date is 28 . In 1st week of September display problem created in my mobile then i send the mobile in service center. Solving it's problem a new problem create in my mobile. the Problem is when i click in my camera icon it back out from camera and not show memory card. after it i send again my mobile in service center but without solve this problem company send to me this mobile after change the display. i complained it but service center said to me that i will help you and send again this mobile. i hope that service center will help me but i have no respond and something some parts of mobile had damaged when i complained again for it they said to me again & again we help you now networking problem have been create in mobile so i request you to please stop your service because it is very bad for all your customer otherwise check my complained details in your record and please change my mobile for your best . i will wait for your response

I perchase 1 intex_cloud_plus on 12th july 15, and from the day one i have facing some different issues in mobile, one of the big issue is it is charge not happening properly, when i was connect charge, after 2-3 seconds it was automatically disconnectedand for the same issue i have visited INTEX service center, but still issue was not resolved still reflecting the same, so can any one revert with some serious action ???

i purchases intex aqua y2 . the day i purchase the said phone problem arise infact i went to service station nothing happened so for i am fed up. i am resident in kashmir (Srinagar) very poor service system. i think company should replace the intex y2 with new phone

My intex aqua i5 hd mobile is not working properly, it boots several times, hang too many times, screen displays bar lines , shut down in regular intervals . Service center says change the mother board of it, and it will cost me around 4000 /- rs. what should i do? I am now planning to buy old fashioned mobile, without touch screen & not a smartphone.

I have purchased Intex Aqua - Mobile instrument just 4 months back after looking at the Advertisement and expected it to work. But to my surprise it was working excellent for the first 2 months and it has started to shut down completely. The battery charging is drastically falling from 100 % to 2 % and vice versa.

I am not sure why manufacture such an instrument and try to fool the public.

Since last Sunday (22.11.2015) my Mobile Battery (Aqua Y2) has become weak. I visited to Authorised Service centre @ Deepak Commn., Boisar, Taluka & Dist. Palghar, Pin-401 501 (Mobile-9028987362). But he is not having the said Battery till date. Pl look into the matter & manage to provide the above Battery.
