I, Roshan Kumar Soni bearing roll no. 2201032025 and reg. no. 75001508823, appeared today on date 01.12.2022 at iON Digital Zone iDZ 2 Sector 62
C30/7A, SECTOR 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, 201309 for SSC CGLE 2022 exam.
My Seat/System no. Was C086/379.

During entry my bio metrics and photo was collected successfully but during the exit verification (as per notice no. F.No.01/06/2021/C-II) the left thumb impression was not matching. The Verification was tried on 3 different systems but all remained unsuccessful.

After several attempts they accepted the thumb impression at 0.00%, I asked for the clarification but they said it will be accepted later and didn't offer anything in written after several requests being made to them.
The photo was taken but the exit verification was accepted with 0.00% matching of thumb.

I am enclosing my admit card for your reference.
Kindly look into the matter as there is no fault on either of the side but I can't let an exam go out of my hand just because of a system error.

If anything needed in written I'm available at any point of time to clarify the same in written.
