Collecting toll from local person

My self Sanjay viradiya
My vehicle No is GJ05JP4749
I am local person to choryasi toll plaza even though they are deducted 80 rs from my fast tag account every time when ever I had cross the toll plaza. I had complained to Icici fast tag customer care and at local toll plaza authorities.
But no result till now.
Plz help me to sorting this issue….
