Transaction issue

I have tried to book a ticket on irctc website. But the ticket is not booked and my money of rupees 431 has been debited from my bank account. I have not received any messages from irctc nor pnr no. My transaction id is 100001018217553.please help.This is my humble request.

Ticket not received but amount debited from account
While ticket booking from daund to dadar date of booking 27/7/17 the ticket amount debited from account but ticket not came ticket I'd 100000955302990 .and my mail id rkarande357@gmail.com with this same mail account has with IRCTC across please put my balance 180/-.
I have received message from bank that ".Thank you for using State Bank Internet Banking. Your Transaction Ref No IGABXBQHF1 for Rs.191.8 on 26-Aug-17 09:23"

refund

Hello,

As per the PNR Number 4541562229 for 4 passenger tickets. From that 1 was RAC & 3 on waitlist so I filed TRD on this PNR after Preparation of Chart. Ok I agree that I filed TRD after Preparation of Chart but why I didn’t receive my refund For Waitlist?????

Money deduced but the ticket was not booked

I have tried booking 1 tickets from NGP to PVR using the TRANS ID: 100000909371806 money was deduced but the ticket was not booked.

I need the refund amount Rs. 480.

Train ticket

Sir i booked my ticket and the money has been deducted fom my bank account i didnt receive ticket i checked my last transaction it has shown the money has deducted and their pnr no is blank and last booked ticked i seen no records they are showing plz help me out m requesting u to solve this problem by today i didnt even get any response from ur side

I have tried booking 2 tickets from ED to MAS using the TRANS ID: 100000896052888 money was deduced but the ticket was not booked.

I need the refund amount Rs.540.

TICKET NOT GENERATE

NOT RECEIVED PNR NO BUT AMOUNT DEBITED

TODAY I BOOKED A TICKET FROM NDLS TO HWH THROUGH IRTC BY VISA CARD MY TICKET ID #5886949 AMOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED 4113.42 BUT NOT SEND PNR NO ON PHONE OR EMAIL . SO PLEASE SEND THE SAME IN MY EMAIL ID - susantasenguptagr@gmail.com . OR SEND YOUR ADVISE WHAT WILL DO IN THIS SITUATION TO OVERCOME THIS PROBLEM.

not received PNR no.

Dear sir/madam,
I booked tatkal ticket today @11.0 am and make payment through sbi bank. I had received the massage stating your transaction is successfully done,but i have not received the PNR no. yet. Please let me know how to get 15 digit transaction id. I received only 13 digit no.

Ticket Cancellation

Hi Team,
I have booked a ticket from KPD to SA junction on May 1st 2015.This ticket went to waiting list and cancelled on 2nd May 2015 .The cancellation id is:-100000045599480.But i have booked this ticket for 232.47 rupees.After cancelled there they mentioned the refund amount as Rs/-150...The remaining 82.47 rupees i didn't get yet. Even though its cancelled under the waiting list,its not fair of deducting the 80 rupees now.Kindly consider this as an urgent and return the whole money into bank account asap...

I really don't understand whether I really get my refund or not....


Take this issue seriously.
I already once faced same situation I don't know what is the problem with the railway department to keep the logined user for atleast 2 minutes inside their site...
It is really disgusting...
I strongly need my refund immediately..
The number that has been given as 24*7 is not at all responding but attending the call with recorded voice to cut the money.
It is really irritating I tried almost 4 times nobody is answering the call.....
IRCTC is doing totally hell for their customers.....
