wrong billing and fraud
I have a grievance regarding Electricity Department, PANKI, Kanpur. I am the victim of wrong billing and fraud of the officer of KESSO Panki, C-Block. From the three consecutive month, there are wrong billing in my electricity bill. I was harassed by electricity department panki. They called at me every day but there was no work.I was obsessed by their attitude. Everyday after dropping my college I had to queue up in electricity department where concern officer comes at 2 p.m. instead of 10 a.m. (their office time).Last month, the junior officer cleared the bill but upper officer doesn't sign on it and without my consensus they make part payment of bill. There was a huge loss in my study. My exam are near but my voice turn on a deaf ear of concern officer of electricity department.
I am attaching my electrical bill and meter reading with this.
I, thus, request you to look into the matter and bring forth an immediate and permanent solution.

Billing online complete also shows dues
I pay my bill online i hablve received mes from kesco and also have receieving of online bill but site also shows my dues beside all payment done and there is no response from 1912 always busy plzzz clear my issue

Not providing services
Dear sir, I m writing this complaint against kesco.i am going there from many months for prepaid electricity meter but employee,s saying we have no prepaid meter. I have written complaint mail to md of kesco before one month regarding this bt no action taken by her . I have also done complaint in pm portal darpg but no avail ,sir I m living in Kanpur like metropolitan city without electricity from 9years . without electricity my future is demolishing ,u r my last hope plz do necessary action I will be very thankful to u. Electric poles in civil line area,, opposite to D.C law Collage. Are in very bad condition, can fall anytime.... Pls ensure its replacement as soon as possible......pls check the images attached below

URGENT - Regarding Electricity Bill Issue - 220 Barra South - Please acknowledge once received
Dear Sir,
This is Vijay Kumar Pandey, residence of 220 Barra South Kanpur.We have received electricity bill for our house which is not appropriate. I am stating whole scenario with you so that you can have a look into this matter, help us to get it corrected and pay easily.
Issue Summary - Dear Sir, it was an incident some where happen in July/Aug 2015 where my Electricity Meter stop working properly. In our home, family of 3 adult(My Mausi(55), my younger bro(23)and his wife(age 21) with two kids are living. They have told this to the person coming and taking meter reading regularly. i am working outstation and come very rarely to home once or twice to home.Anyway, i come to dec 2015 and given an application to go for new meter with electricity bill copy. I am not able to recall the person name exactly but i also talked to respective JE of the area and share the same issue to fix it.
He assured me to look into this matter and help us to fix it too. After some time, some one from Kesco gone to my home and told that first we must change with new meter and they will see the meter reading for some time and then given the complete bill for entire tenure. We payed 10000 Rs and get new meter and waited for some time and gone again, they said to wait for 3 months and told that they will see after three month and based on the consumption, they will update electricity bill and share. Again, no body has prepared bill based on consumption.
I asked my family members to go there and fix this issue. But some how, every time they go and come with no solution. We recently received notice for disconnection of my connection.
Now, i am helpless to write you and looking for your kind attention towards my electricity bill.
Sir, We are ready for pay our electricity bill based on consumption and we really do not know on what basis our bills is getting generated.
We are family living in 30 Square meter area and bill is coming for 17/18 month with some where 90000 Rs which is really not justified with our consumption.

Incorrect Billing
This is to inform you that my flat (Flat 102, Building Utsav II, 85 Lakhanpur, Kanpur) is currently vacant because I am residing on the IIT Kanpur Campus. I had already informed your office that the flat is vacant and there is no load on meter.
Still, the person who came to read the meter has charged us for IDF. Inspite of our repeated requests, the bill with arrears has reached Rs 7488 for the period July to Oct 2016. The reading has not increased because no electricity has been used.
I request you to look into the matter and reduce the bill to basic tariff as per the Tae Schedule HV-1 for residential area.

Employee malpractices in collecting fines
Hi Team
In Oct-2016, the person responsible to take electricity meter reading and generate bill didn't show up, hence the bill was not generated. Moreover another person came to our home in the 3rd week of Oct (starting 17th Oct 2016) and imposed a penalty of Rs 300 for late bill payment.
We went to the payment offices of Govind Nagar, got the bill generated and payed it well before 30th Oct 2016.
When we inquired about the penalty, they said it is not valid, however the amount has been added to bill of Nov 2016. Now the employees are not ready to listen.
First of all how can they fine without any delay in bill payment? And now they are not helping to resolve the issue by waiving it off.

Loose connection complaint
Respected sir/madam,
I have lodge a complaint on the kesco website on 4th October regarding loose wire connection from the pole but there is no solution till the date.There is no visit of kesco employees till the date and I have not received any satisfactory response from kesco.My connection I'd is 33139978 and copy of complain is attached to this mail.
I request you to resolve my issue as soon as possible.

3rd phase not working since a month
i am speaking to kesco for more than a month as 3rd phase of my 3 phase connection is not working. i had done last payment on 19.08.16, then after they didn't provided / calculated the bill. they were everytime telling that 3rd phae shall not be repaired since my dues are balance. Now they have provided today bill no. 5902218, which is abnormaly high. it is also mentioning that last bill amount was 6369 and it was paid on the above date. they have included some arrear amount 2690.00, which nobody is telling why it is added. i am fed up with te services and feeling cheated. pl help me out regarding this bill and my 3rd phase repair.

FALSE BILLING
KESCO BILLINGS ARE NOT ACCORDING TO HOUSE MOUNTED ENERGY METER, THIS ACT IS TOTALLY OPPOSITE TO CONSUMERS AND ELECTRICITY LAW. SO I ADVISE TO KESCO PLEASE ATTENTION AND NOTE HOUSE MOUNTED METER READINGS FOR PROPER BILLINGS. IF KESCO FURNISH READINGS WITHOUT METER , THEN WHAT IS USE OF MOUNTING OF ENERGY METER.

wrong bill by KESCO
Sir, Kesco installed meter in October 2015 in house 76 Navsheel Dham phase 2, Kalyanpur Bithoor road Kanpur and there onwards my bad times started. They forwarded estimated bill (withou reading) and being a honest citizen my husband went to Vikas Nagar kesco office and deposited the first bill. He was not aware that this being RDF bill he should lodge complaint. Hd deposited ecess reafing bill.A fter running pillar yo post, in Februrary 2016, they settled thd same manually and asked to depositbalance bill of Rs 99. However, ghey did not update computerized record and again started sending RDF bill. Meter reader admits his mistake and always telling to go to Vikas Nagar. My husband is employee and we are staying in IIT and therefore electricity consumption is very low. I was suprised to know that therr JE has cut off the connection saying to depodit RDF bill not actual bill.
Kindly solve my problem and we can not run to Kesco offices with out my fault.

I SAURABH SHEKHER paid my kesco electricity bill on 18-06-16.My connection no is 32127010 for Jagdish Prasad Sonker.The bill was paid by my debit card of Uco bank,but the bill has yet not been updated in kesco,and the money has been debited from my account.I called your helpline no 1912,and was given the response that it would get updated within 72 hrs which will expire today.please di the needful,and help me solve the problem.

We are resident of araji 497/5 jarauli phase-2(Krishna education center) last two month meter reader is not coming. He is not make bill properly so we have problem to pay the bill at the time. So please pay attention on this matter.

Over current n electric shocks in switches of Rambagh Chauraha Old sisamau kanpur
Sir yesterday while switching on fan I felt electric shock....also aunt in my neighbourhood felt electric shock while switching on Motor....our air conditioners don't work cz of high voltage .I request I to take immediate steps before any mishappening takes place

Sir ,I atul kumar singh domicile of 865/33 siddhashram nagar sanjeev nagar Ahirwan kanpur 208007, is informed u that last night kasco kanpur has cut many of cable connection near the transformer because near the transformer ..one Buffalo is killed due to electric current ...so why kasco kanpur is cutting the light of many people ....it is the mantel harassment on the people only ...I requested u to please send the kasco kanpur team to join the cable connection

एक सीएफ़एल एक महीने जलाया जाता है मीटर रीडिंग 310 kwh आती है। KESCO कानपुर बर्रा से अनुरोध है कि जनता के हित मे सही मीटर रीडिंग नोटकर सही बिलिंग करे, और अब तक टोटल मीटर रीडिंग व टोटल PAID MONEY को CALCULATE कर रुपया वापस करे या अगले महीनो मे समायोजित करे।
