Worst travel

I was in travel now on date 20th May 2019 from chennai to tanjore never face this issue before,previously I travelled by so many buses,but dis is my worst experience I faced.Ac not working,seats not clean,there is no proper response from driver side,office no switched off,plugins not worked.unhygenic and un safety very worst experience.please avoid travel in kpn travels

: complaint against KPN Bus Service – cheating misbehavior- using Un parliamentary words- Criminal offence-regarding.

I BOOKED TICKET TO HOSUR FROM TIRUNELVELI AND BOARDING POINT AT NEW BUS
STAND SRM OFFICE, WHEN THE BUS CAME HE HAS NOT STOPPED, IMMEDIATELY WE
RUSH TO CATCH THE BUS BY CAR AT VANNARPET FLY OVER WE CAUGHT THE BUS,
BUT THE DRIVER AND CONDUCTOR NOT ALLOWED TO GET IN. THE QUARRELED AND
WE DONT HAVE BOARDING AT NEW BUS STAND AND VANNARPET AS YOU STOPED
BUS WE SHOWN THE TICKET BUT THEY CAME TO BEAT ME WITH ANGRY AND TOLD
WILL HOW YOU REACHED ALIVE TO HOSUR, ALSO CAUGHT MY AUNT CHUDITHAR AND
TRY TO BRAKE THE CAR GLASS, WE AFRAID AND LEAVE FOR LIFE,
I BEG TO YOUR PARDON TO TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO AVOID IN FUTURE TO ANY
ONE, AND NEED JUSTICE,
I WISH TO UPLOAD ALL SUPPORTIVE DOCUMENTS LIKE TICKET BOARDING DETAILS,

Misbehaving of driver and cleaner

I was a regular customer for KPN travels from Ooty to Chennai Chennai to Ooty I was regaularly travelling with Parveen travels but one day I was sick I was in AC sleeper bus as I was sick I opened the window and vomitted outside running bus in metupalayam stoping for food that time driver gave a bucket and told to clean a bus in front of other passengers it was a difficult situation for me I am working abroad how can I do this but driver is orguing me to wash the bus so I took my bag and get down from bus and and took a taxi and went to coimbatore then from coimbatore I booked another travels and I went to Chennai s I will never ever travel in KPN travels nowaday regularly travelling in Parveen travels they are comfortable people

BUS Delay

Actually Timing is 6.30 Pm IST , But Bus Reaches Boarding Point on 7.30 IST ..
Its More Then 1 hour Delay ... There is no Response from Operator Side ,...
No Bus Number ,, No one is in Office ...No one Attend the call...

Since I'm going to Aboard ..I book the Branded KPN Bus... But its Totally Disappointment for the Service ......I will Rate Zero... Since My Flight ..Now Decided to Start on Car... I need Refund for this Trouble n Explanation....

Worst Service .... Day by day Service Becoming Worst.... Zero rating ......

Boarding point

The bus which are leaving from bangalore for those who have boarding point at Bommanahalli is finding very difficult to board the bus because if the service road interception. All passengers who reach the boarding point stay at kpn office but none of the bus comes through service road. they stop at main road and there is a median between main road and service road and elderly people's, ladies have to walk a long way to reach the bus.and the bus driver starts to shout.In order to avoid such problems and for a customer relationship it would be much appreciated if all the bus which has boarding point at Bommanahalli are redirected through service road.

World's Worst Operator KPN

Route: Tirunelveli to Bengaluru
Bus No: TN30-BK1999

I travelled from Tirunelveli to Bengaluru on 03/03/2019. we did not travel in the bus number mentioned in the sms. Instead we travelled in another bus. The bus was late by 3 hours and they stopped the bus before hosur and asked to change the bus.
This has happened to me before when I travelled from chennai to bengaluru. Don't prefer KPN travels. They literally cheat people and there is no point in complaining to the travels head office. Instead of earning money by cheating people better all the customers will donate Rs 1 to KPN travels owner(K. Ponmalai Goundar Natarajan). I will never travel in KPN travels in my life time again.


Such a pathetic experience on this travel.

Driver behavior

I have travelled in one of the KPN travels bus (Scania TN30 0991) on 3.2.19 at 6: 30 am from Chennai to Coimbatore. The driver treats the passengers by singular word like Va, Po in tamil. I dont know the name of the driver but the company should investigate that who is the driver and must take the disciplinary action against him. ### you KPN travels.

Poor service and maintenance

KPN travels provides very poor service.. Maintenance of the bus is very very bad... The charges are same as other travels..Sleeper bus is fully dirty and the most of the drivers look very old and are very rude to the passengers.. Now a days, they never maintain any timings.. The buses are always, minimum 1hrs late...

Worst KPN service

Please dont travel in KPN hereafter
I booked from banglore to salem for semisleeper,but they have given sleeper,not good seats and full night i dint sleep and writing this review. They have stooped in hosur for luggage ,and again in krishnagiri for hotel then agin near dharmapuri they stooped.passengwrs all gone mad,
Very worst service
Driver also drunken
Agin in dharmapuri they stopped for luggage
They ate not even bother about passengers
No safe
No proper response
Especially inside job things happening
Be safe for family and friends
Night service be very careful

Worst and arrogant driver

Travelling in kpn bus from Bangalore to ooty. Why are you people sending contact number of driver when the driver is not responding to the passengers calls. For 9.30 bus from Wilson garden due to rain we were calling from 9 to board the bus at Christ college. Driver was irresponsible and no respect. We are not travelling free of cost in your travels. Ask the driver to behave himself. Useless and waste worst driver old idiot. He was shouting at us. What is this? Are we beggars or what? Ur travels should get 0 rating. Such a worst travels driver i have never seen.

Very poor bus maintenance. Pls dont travel with KPN.

I travelled with my family from Kanyakumari to Chennai on 15 Aug 2018. We were shocked to see the berths covered with old and dust covers. We felt a musty, sniffy odour when we boarded the bus. Berths were too poor to be laid on. Totally unworthable for the price. Also, the driver drove very slow, simply complaining about the rains. But it was only kind of drizzling and not heavy too. Bus reached chennai nearly 3hrs late due to this. No cleaner/assistant was there, due to which the driver himself had to stop and check for tickets at every boarding point. This made the ride even more a delayed one. Completely unsatisfied with the KPN ride.

Never travel with KPN hereon. Useless one!!

The bus usually stops at a decent place for break stops. This time they stopped at very unhygienic place where government bus stops. When enquired , we got very impolite response from the bus driver. I have attached photos of the place.

Frustrated

Dear KPN,
I have travelled many times in KPN. I used to book tickets for Friday night from Chennai to madurai. Boarding point usually would be perungalathur or tambaram. You never be on time to the boarding point during Friday nights. We have to wait for at least 45 mins to get boarded to your bus. Those days you used to tell the reasons like traffic. We used to accept it. But today I have booked a ticket to madurai in multiaxle Volvo AC. It is mentioned that the bus will be starting by 10.30 AM from egmore and it will be reaching perungalathur by 12PM. I have booked boarding point as perungalathur. But I am late 10 mins and I reached perungalathur by 12:10 PM. Before that your travles called me and said them I will be reaching in 10 mins. Even though I informed them they were calling me again and again (for 4 times). Since I was driving bike I could not attend the call. By the 12:10 I reached perungalathur your staff telling that bus has been left. So many times we were waiting to board your bus that too during Diwali times your bus used to come the next morning. You have given those kind of hard times. I accept I am late it's my fault. But can't wait for your customer at least 10 mins? Because of our support only your travles is one of the best travels. We know how to break it out. If you want to be punctual, be puctual all the times. Else do adjustments like we are doing when you are saying because of traffic you have been late. Your staff response is amazing. She just told me that bus left and she left. Woow such a good response to your customer. Thank you so much. 600 ruppess is waste for me. I will think that I have donated that money. Enjoy. We are poor we can wait for you and you are rich you can't wait for us. Nice logic. Keep it up. Continue this good work. All the best..

Quality of management

KPN Travels

Had to travel to Erode today and booked in KPN onward & return same day.
Most horrible service by KPN, no customer orientation
Absolutely disastrous on their punctuality. Poor quality maintenance of bus.They don’t care for customers at all. Keep stopping for one or other reason enroute. Added to all this they cheat the public and Government by asking the customers to change from one bus to another at Hosur to avoid tax. Another way of making money by the driver is bringing luggage, transfer the same between buses.Most ridiculous service I had experienced.
Please avoid KPN Travels. I am sure small time operators will be much better. Will the authorities look into this?

No Toilet facilities in their Office

Dear KPN,

There is no Toilet Facilities in your office at Coimbatore opp omni bus stand, boss we are not robot, hence there is enough space, for Mens we manage but think about women's, as a standard organization like you always think what best service to provide your customers, its very shame, we shouting digital India but there is no proper toilet facilities,

Over all Worst

Guys a kind request:
If so in future , anyone is gonna travel through private buses, pls don’t prefer 👹👹KPN Travels👹👹
I never had such a worst experience ever..

BUS NO : AR O1 7999 (chennai to salem )

1) bus was delayed by 2hrs
2) no response if we question for the delay... Irresponsible idiots👿👿
3) rash driving - sleepless night.. (it was like they’ll get into accident)
4) booking done for salem but bus travels towards erode.( no information in the site that it travels via salem)
5) arrival time is delayed by 2hrs
6) driver behaviour is so cruel and no decent manners towards ppl)
7) they are not ready to stop for travelers to get down and yells at us that we have taken erode bus.
8)No prior idea about the destination point.
9) just bcoz driver has delayed ,, he shouts at the passengers horribly..
10)No proper contact no for the passengers to Enquire about the bus ( in M-ticket) . If so , it’s not reachable/switched off..

#I complained in Kpn travels office as soon as I landed in Salem..
# “Irrsesponsible idiots”- pls don’t prefer this at any cost ...

Worst customer service

Just for one seat no pickup .. should have told me while booking time or intimated before. After reaching the stop they told me to go to Wilson garden .. they should have planned everythig earlier ... This is happening second time with me ..

KPN Travels - Pathetic Service

Hi - I had booked Scannia bus service from salem to Bangalore for 17th March @ morning 6.30 AM. When I booked a week back..i was the first person to book a seat in that service...i checked the same on 17th Morning @ 4.30AM and I was able to see only 3 seats being booked.

When i went to the KPN office opp new bustand...i was told the 6.30 bus had brokedown :-) and will need to wait till they arrange a new bus...We were sent to their office in 5 roads...then by 7.30 they had put us in a sleeper that had come.

The sleeper bus took us till Krishnagiri and had asked us to get down at the Krishnagiri office and the driver said the service ends there. We were made to wait for another 30 - 40 mins and another bus had come from chennai which was proceeding towards banagalore..all of us around 8 members were asked to board the bus at at last we reached Bangalore at 12:30PM.

The Tamil Nadu government bus reaches bangalore in 4 hours...KPN travels penalised us by booking for their service...

Honestly...KPN used to provide the best service in transportation industry...this is not any kind of hype..it is ture...they used to...when they were treating customers as kings...

once they reached a stage where they felt that they are the ones...that day...the downfall for KPN started....

Now they are nowhere when it comes to service...They feel...we have money..we have power...who could question us...people should listen to what we say as they have already paid...

They are forgetting the important aspect...never taken the customer for granted...they will not tell you that they are leaving you...but one fine day they will realise they just have a fleet of buses and no customers...

That day is not far for KPN unless they bring in the dedication / customer service that was there during the period of Mr.KP Natarajan .

If someone from KPN could read this and try to make an attempt to change their attitude towards their customers will make many people like me happy...

Worst Service

The No:1 thief!!! Stealing money like and he’ll and not providing facilities at all! If we ask that the facilities are not working like light or charger point. They will say that it’s not the allotted bus of KPN, this is actually a Spare bus! And the allotted bus is went for F.C.... Never ever travel through KPn because there are other travels who provides you good facilities!

Worst Travel EXPERIENCE Ever faced

The bus is not up to mark as mentioned.. Suspension was poor.. Bus not maintained well .. Booked for A/C coach but A/C not working.. If it is not working then for what the heck u charged for it.. Don't you know basic professional ethics.. This is how you repay the customers who believed in your service..

If you can't provide what you had mentioned with peaks of price.. Why should we compromise on that.. Is it our fate to adjust after paying money.. If you can't maintain customer relationship and trust then what's the use of running this service..

Next time before assigning bus just think twice whether u had compromised what you had promised to the customer or else refund the money.. It's not what you hardly earned.. Its the customers hard earned money better Roger that.

WORST SERVICE

I TRAVELLED FROM MADURAI TO CHENNAI LAST TUESDAY NIGHT. IT WAS A WORST EXPERIENCE. THEY DEPARTED FROM MADURAI AROUND 11.OOPM, THE ACTUAL TIME OF DEPARTURE FROM MADURAI WAS 8.30PM. NOBODY IN THEIR OFFICE IS BOTHERED TO ANSWER THE PASSENGERS EXCEPT FOR AN ANSWER "WAIT PANNUNGA"

Worst bus service

Very very worst bus service in my life. I not even give one star rating also for this KPN bus operator. 11:30 PM is bus time from neyveli to coimbatore on 01-01-2018. It came next day 02-01-2018 3.30 AM. I missed to attend my semester exam. First I asked to KPN office they said bus breakdown. After 3.30 AM bus came we asked to bus driver, He said bus is coming from chennai. I don't know why this bus operators behaves very cheap and silly like school student. We paid amount for ticket your not giving free service keep in your mind. Better redbus avoid KPN operator in your booking portal.otherwise KPN close your bus services totally. Because traveled from Bangalore to madurai they did same bus late sometimes they changed buses last minute sleeper to semi sleeper. " VERY VERY Worst operator in BUS services is KPN" . Bus operator owner from tamilnadu. Please don't tell KPN bus services is tamilian,Because shame for tamilians. My humble request people "Please avoid booking and Travelling in KPN bus services.
