I purchased a new kranti water meter one year ago. But it was installed only 3 months ago after checking by the local plumber. But the meter is running very fast and shows abnormal reading. The dealer from whom I purchased the meter (Revathy traders, Coimbatore) has closed the dealership. Now I am unable to reach them.

My meter is under the warranty period. Hence I need it changed asap. Guide me as to, who I should approach for this as my distributor has also closed the dealership. There are old people living in the house and running behind this issue is very difficult for them.

Ipurchased kranti water meter from bhatia sanitaryware,mangolpuri on 7.10.2019. Since then this meter is not working properly and running at very slow speed. kindly replace the meter by the new one so that i can inform the delhi jal board about the installation of new meter.
