Rude conductor

Sir im a student and i travel daily from nelamangala to kR.market and the same and today that is 10th july at 6 pm i have got into a ksrtc bus which was heading towards nelmangala.. And when i was about to take the ticket worth 25 rupees the conductor was so rude and in a very rash way he was like get the change of 5 rupees or get down the bus. I told him that i have to travel for 29 km i cant missout the bus it will be too late to reach home.. He gave the money back and so rudely he ordered me to get down the bus.
Sir please dont igonre the message we will be having lot to study going back home we cant misout the bus.. As i have to travel daily i cant manage to find 5 rupee change always. Atleast they could give given me the change little later as im travelling till the last stop. Please do take the action

Not entering bus stand

The driver and conductor denied to enter bus stand at 9.40 pm. They have given the reason, the bus route is out of state (Shimoga to Tiruvannamalai). Finally all passengers get down in town hall circle itself. Kindly look into the issue and take necessary actions on it.

Morning iam traveling from tumkur to Nelamangala at 12.02.2019 4:50 am KA38F1291, iam taken ticket from conductor simultaneously he given change in that some note having damaged they made taping on that note iam asked exchange of that note but he scolding like any thing in olgar language..
Dear sir /mdm please consider this complaint and give punishment him

Going from wrong side

KA06F809 coming from wrong side from inside the busstand and made traffic jam,where the driver also misbehaved with citizens,he has not suitable for driver well suited for Barbara shop

The complaint is regarding the buses not stopping in ksrtc marked stops ,for today BUS NO KA 06 F 818 Didn't stop Even after I requested to stop.

Mis behaviour by conductor Sri Srinivas

I boarded a ksrtc bus bearing reg no ka06 f 1100 of tumkur depot travelling frm tumkur to bangalore. I just asked the conductor Mr. Srinivas( shame on my part to him as Mr) whether bus travells on fly over? He suddenly started abusing me in singular. I just asked him the reason to abuse as u asked the question in context. He misbehaved and was acting as if he is the owner of the vehicle and he has no constraints. I request the concerned to plz instruct to not misbehave with the public as they r public servent.

Hotel Swathi, Sira, Tumkur dist Food is worst and cost is very high

Hotel Swathi at sira is giving worst food and charging very high compared to any other stops of KSRTC .

When we asked for the management, with rude behaviour, and replay we came out with empty hands.

Neither driver or conductor is taking responce for the incident. As KSRTC is having good and comfortable journey buses, but why to allow this kind of hotels to associate.

Please take this issue as important

KSRTC bus conductor irresponsive

Hi I was traveling in bus no KA10F0189 from tumkur to gundlapet at 5.30 AM on 21/05/2018. Th bus conductor was so irresponsible as he uses to take laguage into the bus without checking what is there in it and the owner not traveling in that bus. He took money from the laguage owner but did not issue any ticket for the laguage. The bus conductor was not only irresponsible about public saftey but also was cheeting KSRTC. I tried calling KSRTC helpline on 08049596666 but there was no one to answer the call and raise the concern.

Un authorized Halt

1. We are (around 200 People) daily traveler from Tumkur to Jalahalli Cross for the work between 6.30 Am to 7.30 Am. There will be around 4-5 buses will pass tumkur to jalahalli but all are halting for Breakfast in a local hotel after Dabbespet and there is no other buildings near the hotel even passengers are intending to stop for Breakfast. I don't know why they need breakfast befor 7.30AM. They will halt 15-20 minutes for having meals. all the buses from hosadurga, Sira and other distances. I dont have any problem for having meals by conductor and driver. but we are daily passengers working in private companies need to get office before the specified time. they can have their meals after 8.30 Am. Now 2 more buses also started to halting for breakfast in the same hotel.

2. from tumkur to Jalahalli cross all buses routed through Nelamangala. there are very rare maximum 2-3 people will get down at Nelamangala and all others are the passengers for Jalahalli cross. for maximum 3 people we are wasting our time to reach our destination. we will loose minimum 15 minutes if bus has routed through Nelamangala. Atleast cancel the Nelamangal Rout between 7 Am to 10 Am for convenience to daily traveler to office.

Improper timings schedule for city buses

I used to rely on city buses daily..city bus timings of siddaganga nagara sarige I,e ksrtc city bus timings are not maintaining proper time schedule..my route is from shettihalli gate (ss puram) to bus stand....sometimes inspite of waiting for 1 hour also there is no bus..checking officer is used to rudely answer to our queries .kindly address this issue.

Conductor did not allow me to board bus saying there is no stop for Sira

Respected Sir,

I am a kannadiga passenger regularly travel from Bangalore to Sira, conductor of Bus KA17 F 1761 the Davanagere depot bus did not allow me to board a bus saying there is no stop in Sira at 5 :25pm in navarang bus stop Bangalore, so rude he is plz take necessary action, this is not first time every time I face same plz help people helpless like us this is what the service u give it to people. Plz consider this complaint and help people of Karnataka.

Sir Iam Mr Ravi KN Assistant Director of Sericulture my Daughter who is studying in Tumkur travels from Nelamangala to Tumkur daily Today on 23/1/2016 at 5 pm was weighting to alight bus No KA 27F519 at Tumkur bus stop the conductor mis behaved with my daughter by molesting her rudely and abusing her at the same time she complained to the TC who was there also behaved rudely and supported the conductor .Iam enclosing the conductor photo to this .please take neccessary action on them in this matter

misbehaviour of driver cum conducter

Dear sir my name is harish ... I am from tumkur.. I am working in bangalore... Daily am up and down from tumkur to bangalore.. I have monthly ksrtc pass from tumkur to bangalore city.. Yesterday (23/12/2014) am waiting near jas toal gate tumkur ..one ksrtc bus comes and stoped in toal gate.. I asked to driver open the bus door ..but he refused to open the door.. He told me i closed the entry you come to next bus... And next am waiting 10 minits to next bus.. For him i lost my duty today... So please take a strict action to that driver.. I have that bus reg. No. And driver photo.... KA57 F880... I request you to please take quick action.... Other Wise stop given pass...
